I was a packer/helper on a 23S early rifle bull tag for a buddies son. It was HOT for sure. He had a close encounter on day 2, but they couldn't see if it was a good bull until it was to late to shoot. On day 3 he got an opportunity on a decent 6x7 so they took it and he connected. The bulls were deep in a north facing canyon trying to stay cool. They would bugle, but wouldn't actually come to a cow call. If the bull would have shut his mouth, he probably would have lived. He would bugle about every 5-10 min and wouldn't move, so they snuck in on him.

Maybe it wasn't just me then. I hear people talk about how full moons don't effect hunts, but I think that is BS. I fully believe that they were watering before dawn and just after dark, at least where I was.

I would love to have it, but just don't need it. Very cool rifle.

Dpes anyone have an extra they are not needing? Mine is pretty beat up and leaking at several locations. I can probably rebuild it, but I don't have time before a trip I am leaving for in a few days.

I was hoping someone can help me figure out what this might be worth. I have no idea if it is a reproduction or what. My dad had it for years, and bought it from a buddy in a bulk gun item purchase. It is a western holter and belt setup for a big man. I am a 42" waist and it is to big for me. 1 holter and the belt are stamped Spangenberg Gunsmith Tombstone, A.T. the other holter isn't marked. It has never been used much. I want to look to sell it, but I can't find much info to help determine a value.

If you have a buyer for this, I have decided to sell it.

I have a leather gunbelt that I have for sale. My Dad was a.larger guy and bought it at 1 point. It is marked Spangenberg Gunsmith Tombstone A.T. It is a right hand holster. 52" waist. 38 cal bullet loops. It had a mismatched cross draw black holster that can go with it. Located in North Glendale. But can meet as far east as Tempe pretty easily. $150obo

Kodiak Deluxe VX Tent W Kodiak Tarp Like New SOLD
Hoss50 replied to ewilly's topic in Classified Ads
Great tent. Mine went thru a nasty hailstorm a few weeks ago and took it like a champ. This one has the big windows on the end which I wish mine had. -
If he backs out let me know please.

Get and keep a doctors note/diagnosis with you. Any officer who is willing to ticket a child for protecting there hearing that has a diagnosed disability probably needs to appear in court to argue that with a judge. I bet an ADA lawyer would make pretty tough to get a conviction or fine.

Does anyone have some decent boots they are willing to part with in the size 8 wide area somewhere? My 9yr old needs boots for this season and I don't really want to drop coin on new boots for him to outgrow in 6 months.

I get wanting to ban pistol brace AR and AK from HAM hunts. But if that is an issue, why aren't $5000 muzzle loaders shooting smokeless powder and being accurate to 500 yards?
-
Depends where I am going. Small toy hauler if I can take my trailer is preferred. If we are hunting certain areas where you can get a trailer I use a tent. In the past I have done a tarp over the truck bed as a tent too.

How many rounds down the tube roughly?

Insulated Crispi Nevada's. Love them. Best $400 I have ever spent.

Where are you located?

I am not sure why this hasn't sold yet, it is a great rifle at a very nice price. GLWS

🤣 I hear you. I grew up in Phoenix and had no idea. I also didn't own a good trigger til about 2017 when I bought my first timney. Now I am spoiled, and most factory triggers are beneath me! 😂
-
Go to north phoenix to there factory and buy direct. Take cash and they give you a better price.
-
Be glad you did. You would be hard pressed to find someone to do that job for that price for 1 system now. The cost of the (2) 4 ton systems equipment only now is probably that price you paid for them installed. Or more depending on efficiency rating.
-
No cheap AC guys anymore unless you know someone. What tonnage system and what SEER2 rating? $11-12k is about as cheap as I have seen for most places of late. Some of the nicer systems people are paying $18+k for. The costs are just dumb.

The new refrigerants are A2L and are very mildly flammable. It is very difficult to get to light, but technically possible. I don't think the Daikin price hike will be 30%, but other brands are saying potentially 25%. I would bet the actual numbers are 10-15% once it all settles out.
