After looking at the LTR, it does appear to be an LTR. The price is negotiable, I am just using gun broker as a starting point.
-
He wants to sell it as a package. I see bare rifles on gunbriker for $850. I have the rifle in glendale AZ. I can meet other place in Phoenix Metro though.
-
As it sits this rifle is just under 10lbs. The owner is motivated to sell, so if you have a reasonable offer, let's talk.

What are you planning to do with the rifle? I prefer variable, but could understand wanting a fixed for certain things. For basic hunting scopes I prefer something that has a lower power than 6x for the ability to zoom out for thick short shots. Then if you are in an open area be able to zoom. My go to rifle for basic hunts is a 6.5x55 with a Leupold 2-12x42. My friend used it to kill a deer at 35yrds. Trying to aquire a deer quickly at 35 yards with 6x as the lowest power isn't going to be as easy as 2-3x. But when we hunt more open terrain, I set the zoom at 5x to start, and can always add more if needed.

I think this is the original update they did years ago, that apparently may not completely solve the issue they are having. The military model that killed the AF airmen should have had a manual safety also, so it would be interesting to find out if the potential issue is or isn't fixed by the manual safety.

I miss my 2005. It was setup just like this one with the 6spd and longbed. Fantastic truck.

What is the max draw length and poundage range?

The other problem with moving cans from rifle to rifle is the heat. The suppressor gets hot and needs to cool too. So if you have 2 rifles at 1 range session, moving them rifle to rifle is hard. Start with a 30cal and then figure out what the next one should be. -
Great guns. For $300 this is a steal even with all the dings.

Super sad. Never go to the hills without being armed. I have never had any time to need it, but my wife and I had a weird encounter 1 night camping, and we got really weirded out and left ASAP in the middle of the night.

My hopes of Kaibab are dashed again for another year. 😢 My kids have Deer tags though so that's good. Not kaibab, but still tags in there pockets! 🤘

Mine is updated with hunt numbers.

Axisworks has done 4 for i think now. Good work, and he has his own line of custom brakes that are very effective.

1 youth deer tag Turkey tags for 4 people Deer tags for 3 people Youth Javelina for 2, but this tags will have to get turned in as it overlaps the turkey and deer tag.

Definitely getting hits.

These rifles are great bench guns for fun. My dad had the 22-250 version and when my kids were little they LOVED shooting it. No recoil and with 52gr or lighter bullets it was lights out.

I see the ammo occasionally at Sportsman's warehouse. A buddy has 1 in 300 savage, so when i see it i send him a pic.

My group is put in all over the state. Someone literally was put in for every species. Bison and Bighorn points for the boys Javelina hunts for the boys Turkey and Sandhill for a group. Deer hunts from Kaibab to coues lands were applied for by my group too! Youth hunts, late hunts, Halloween hunts, etc.

I am starting to look for a bow that will accommodate a draw in the 31-31.5" type area. If you have something or see something please let me know. Thanks Harley

I stopped at Ross today and they had a few bows that would do 31-32" in stock. Most were out of my price range though. I am not going to jump in and spend $2k right off the cuff.

I have been using BFG ATs for many many years. They are still my go to tire. I don't love the mileage I am getting out of this set in my Ram 3500, but it is a heavy truck and I will still get 35k. The last set in this truck went 43k with some tread left. On a Tundra it would be better. The only place the BFG struggles is in Mud. I had Open Country AT2s on my last HD Ram, and the BFGs were better for sure all around. Especially ice and snow. The set that got 43k were 315x70x17 e rated. This set is 35x12.5x17 E Rated.

I am looking potentially to a bow, preferably lightly used to practice archery with my son and potentially hunt OTC deer with. The problem is I am wide chest and 6'4" tall. Based on the 2 methods to estimate draw length i found online i am probably roughly 31-31.25" Wing span is about 78" roughly. Palm to corner of the mouth is 31.25". Is there a brand or things I should be looking for in getting a bow that can be set to my approximate draw length? Suggestions? I want to get into this, but am not going to go drop $1500+ on a new setup.
