I went the ruger American predator left hand for my son, and put a large self timing brake on it. It is in 7mm-08 and my 7yr old was shooting it last weekend without issue. I think someone on here had a Ruger American Predator in 6.5cm first sale recently on here. Lefty.

AR 10 chambering and barrel decisions

308, 260 rem, 6.5cm, 6cm, 243, 22-250. The cheapest and most plentiful ammo wise is 308. 6.5cm is good for alot of different ammo options. If you want a .243 caliber I would consider a 6cm. If you want something funky 25cm or something else oddball. -
Sportsmans north Phoenix had 3030 on the shelf today.

I have some I think. How many do you need? I don't think I have a full box.

I am seriously considering getting a can or two. I have a 9 year old that will hopefully start hunting soon and was thinking about this for him, and also for my hunts. I know this is a regulated item so I have to send in the form 4 I believe. If I decide to get a 2nd suppressor do I have to do the same super long process to get that one approved too? I am assuming the govt takes tour money for every can, not just the original form you submit? Should I just put this thing in a trust with my wife? What is the best process?

Primary arms has some good low power stuff I am told. -
I am going to go to Healys soon. They have the kiosk and are supposed to be very knowledgeable. I spoke with a friend who reps Deadair and he recommended them, and they also support this site. Or have in the past.

My wife wanted to see the donkeys out by lake Pleasant so we went hiking on a trail they are known to frequent. My older son was about 9 and was walking out front followed by myself, my wife, and younger son who was about 6. My older son is just walking about 10-20' ahead of me. I was scanning the trail ahead of him because I know he probably wasn't. I spotted this little one in the trail and yelled stop. Thankfully my son stopped as he was only about 10' away. A couple more steps and he would have been on it. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for it to clear the trail enough to pass safely.

I have been checked a few times. Twice in 20a while javelina hunting. 1 of those times we flagged him down because when we setup camp we found a dead javelina in the bushes and didn't want him to think we killed and didn't tag/use the meat. I was checked dove hunting about 5yrs ago too.

Try standard primers. Rl22 seems to be the ticket but good luck finding some. The load for my buddies 6.5prc is 143 gr ELDX with RL26 and standard primers. It is about 5/8" group at 100. About 52.2gr if I remember right off the top of my head.

Sportsmans north Phoenix has them. $12 a box is about the cheapest though.

I have a Vortex 6x24x50 HSLR I am considering selling. Good shape, but it is to high of power on the low side for me. I am going to step down to a 3x or 4x something. Let me know if you are interested.

A buddy just got an AR10 with picatinny rail. What is the best route for scope mount for this? Standard rings or does it need a cantilever mount like an AR15? He has not decided on scope yet, but I wanted to find a good budget minded option for mounting options. Thanks

A shovel and HiLift Jack can get alot of people unstuck. Those should be the first 2 primary tools in anyone's recovery kit. Straps, winches, chains, etc should be plan B alot if times.

The ball or the pin? The hitch pin is in double shear and rated to take the weight of pulling trailers. It also won't become a large projectile if it breaks like the ball or hitch would if it breaks. There are better options than the pin if you have dedicated recovery gear, but how many people really have that all the time. Everyone who has a hitch has the pin, and using the pin is going to be much safer than using the hitch or ball. Even if the pin breaks it weighs like 6 oz, and is not in a direct path with the strap. A ball or in this case the hitch weighs alot more and is in a direct line with the direction of pull. The ball is also in a single shear configuration which isn't good.
-
You don't use the hitch. You pull the hitch out and put the loop of the strap in the tube and secure the hitch pin thru the loop. Then you out a heavy jacket, blanket, or something if possible on the strap or winch line.

They have a free dump station out back too for.your RV. Normally it is only open during business hours I think though.

Home warranties are a scam. They will send the worst contractors out to bandaid whatever needs to be done to get you by.
