What brand chair do use when sitting your blind? I'm looking to upgrade since someone stole my blind and both my chairs. Congrats on a great kill.

You score it all then deduct the fifth point and any other differences for a typical score.

. Shoot through a chronograph at 60-80 -yards and see how much energy you have lost with the lighter arrow. That would be a very tough shot to make(besides me shooting like sh!t) the downward drop of the arrow would be hard to thread thru a chrono. Would be interesting to compare at point of impact instead of right in front you.

I think he has an elk tag and wants no issues with penetration. NONE! I shot a 550 grain set-up on my last cow hunt in 2007 for the same OOmph when your arrow gets there. No ?s asked

The elites draw very smooth and have great let-off. And logical and this site do not go hand in hand all the time. I have shot both 80# Elites and Obsessions both and they draw really nice. Just can't do it repeatedly.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbijDqHStbI This video is legit as we have done it with 2 different 35s in the shop.

Well why didn't you say so? now we have all the pieces of the puzzle.

We built a 660 grain arrow and shot it from a new 35 @ 29 inch draw 70 #s and got 246fps with 88.71. What's your draw Jack? Not calling you a liar just looking for more set-up info. Thx.
-
Current set up...682 grains @ 250fps = 94.63 KE and 75.70 MO What bow are you shooting to achieve this?
-
not to shift direction of this thread, but you guys shooting the heavy weights should run your set-up thru a kinetic energy chart. Heavier is not always better. There is a spot between toothpick and lincoln logs that is the best for each individual set-up. Chrono your arrow and use this...http://www.goldtip.com/calculators.aspx There is also a FOC chart below it.

If you don't have the money don't put in for what you can't afford. Here's a thought...online draw apps must be paid with a real bank account not credit card. Imagine my odds of drawing an archery cow tag would be pretty good. Game and Fish could issue a refund check like paper apps legally. Problem solved.....unless you live on cc minimum payments each month....then you shouldn't be putting in anyway! I'm a genious!

Are you colorblind? I am and use no red pins. I cant even see the difference between my green and yellow fiber. The red looks invisible so to speak to my eyes. Get your bow checked by a good mechanic who knows what they are doing.
