^^^ like he said. Lay out a big sheet (not your good bed sheets, wife will kill you) and shake the heck out of the tree. Rats nest or chipmunks nests were always a jackpot. Throw them in your coffee can! Rinse them good when you get home, lay them out on a baking sheet wet, salt and roast. Take caution and watch out for ticks, wear a hat and check your head when you get home. Oh yeah, I can't eat a lot either because I break out.

I grew up picking Pinon around Taos, NM. I look forward to taking my son once he gets older. I hope he gets excited about the big soft pinon nuts he finds like I did (Rabbit droppings) My uncle is on the 'in' with where the good spots are. Him and guy in the white van on the side of the road are buddies.

I had these guys work on mine and they were great. I was about to use Collin's but after getting a second opinion I was showed how I was getting ripped off and saved $900. I'll be using them from now on. http://www.thedukesofair.com/ 480-773-6565

Surprised to see one of these for sale so quick. Did you even get to hunt with it? I shot one at AT for the Hoyt Demo day and it was dang nice!

That is one bow I would like to own. Going to sell like crazy

Congratulations and make the most of it. Last year was my "big" year and other sh$t hit the fan and it wasn't as big as I liked. My son is 6 months old now and with the big learning curve of raising our first child I don't see me getting out in the field this year much at all. The truth is I really don't mind that much and look forward to when he is old enough to go out with me.

Thanks. I just picked up a couple

Jason Schultz 480-358-8160 (Shooters Garage Doors) I've used him several times. Honest guy and great prices

I picked up a rubber sling last year from a booth at the Sportsmanship expo. Will never use a leather sling again. The swivels are also plastic so they don't squeak.

Thanks Todd. Great meeting you

I have a Diamond The Rock 50-70 lbs that is set at 27.0" draw I'll let go for that price. Fully loaded. I think you need mods to change draw length though.

What are the specs? Is it a Trophy XLT? Watch this auction and it'll give you the market value. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=231585752644

I look forward to hearing what you find. If we don't hear back we can assume you hit a hotspot and want to keep it to yourself.

Going East on the 202 near Alma School today at 445. Dang traffic backs up there around that time. I was in a Tacoma

There are plenty of leftover tags in the 36's. Put in for a December hunt and if you don't get it buy a leftover. Here is the 2013 list, I can't find the 2014 left over list. http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/topic/57078-1st-leftover-list-of-deer-licenses-for-2014-anyone-save-it/

Those panoramas are cool.

That is really cool. Can you imagine if that group felt threatened and decided to charge?
-
You are bringing up a topic that some might not want to talk about, but what I do is to buy an OTC archery tag, apply for a trophy rifle hunt, and if all else fails buy a leftover rifle tag. With this approach G&F gets a chunk of money each time so I don't think they would complain.

It's been a while since you posted. You know you don't need to get your hunt covered in a hunting mag before you can post right? Nice finds
