Nice set up. -
You boys seem to imply it is not dangerously cold. t becomes very dangerous in water temperatures between 50 and 60 degrees. You lose the ability to control breathing in this temperature range, according to the National Center for Cold Water Safety. ... In addition, depending on the water temperature, you can lose the ability to use your hands in one minute.May 3, 2018 https://weather.com/science/weather-explainers/news/2018-05-03-dangerous-early-season-cold-water

I get the impression that is a no on personally? I have never heard of anybody hunting snipe (or crows legally). -

You've done so much different stuff. One of the regs is on Snipe. Is that a real thing? (kind of like crow hunting in AZ) Have you ever? Pics? I always thought snipe hunting involved gullible kids, a garbage can lid and a bag! -
That is quite a change in the bag limit on trout and then big changes to Nelson.

There is a "Garmin InReach Users" forum on Facebook that is useful if any of you have any questions. Unfortunately, Garmin got hacked and having some issues right now but they say the InReach is not compromised.

This is some of the most dangerous water in AZ due to the cold water temps. Might want to reconsider.

But you almost always take them!

I could not get past the adds ...

It's interesting how uninformed, especially the young adults, can be but that has not changed since I was a youth. I will confess up front my first presidential vote was cast for Jimmy Carter, where he lost his bid as the incumbent president to Reagan. I had no idea what platform he ran on. I feel so ashamed! I was in college at the U of A so was undoubtedly influenced by that. There is so much pressure from the news media and government schools, I wonder how these young adults are not duped. My "kids" are now 30-somethings and way more informed and quite biased in the reverse direction so I feel pretty good about that.

At least they are not putting either on the license anymore.

That was lame not posting! How about the full story on a new post? Truly amazing at 80 with a bow! The sideways pic drives me nuts, so ... -
So is there a small amount that is OK?

I am guessing the "200" at the end is the price?

I have a generation 1 rangefinder Simmons that I will give you for a case of A&W Root Beer. Think old, huge 200 yrd max under best conditions. And possibly nearly impossible to find in my piles of stuff.

My heartless side said "Boxer to Lab" -- definitely a trade up! (Close friend had a boxer that hated men.) On the other side: we have put down 3 dogs (all 13+ yrs old) in the last 3 years. Two were at our standard Vet. The other dog was my favorite, "privileged" dog at an out-of-town Vet. The latter Vet came out to the car (well before covid) and gave just one shot. The regular vet did a relaxer first which resulted in spasms and the one dog whacked his head and started bleeding. Guess which I thought was the better experience? The final dog lived a year and a half longer than we expected and we ended up with a puppy before he passed -- I think that helped ease the loss greatly. A helpful hint is to have someone drive you as you probably will not be able to see to drive on the way home. Last week makes a year since we had to put him down. All three dogs let us know "it was time" which helped a lot so that that horrible question "Did we jump the gun on this?" did not plague us.
