Poor millennials. YOU don't give a subject on a hunting forum and then get upset about us giving you a hard time. I had to go through 2 pages just to figure out you were talking investing and AMC stock. But it has been fun. At least that one AMC car, I think the Eagle, was all wheel drive so you could stretch that to of interest on an outdoor/hunting site.

I thought American Motors went out of business a long time ago. Gotta love that Gremlin.

If that is all your car can tow, stick to a tent and save your money for an upgrade later. Stick to paved or really good roads. If you take that car on a 2-track, you may end up on the news this time of year and not in a good way. We did tow a caboose trailer (think motorcycle towable trailer) that carried our tent and camping equipment all the way from here to Glacier National Park with a Chevy Cadavelier (daughter has it now in Montana and still runs well in the summer). Fuel economy suffered and we have gotten a lot smarter. Those cars are really not meant to tow. By the time you add all the weight of the schtuff you think you have to have, the car WILL be overloaded.

Info Desire: AZ G&F Cannot Charge CC Upfront For Tags
Big Tub replied to HuntHike61's topic in The Campfire
from creditcards.com: The seller is not breaking federal law by charging your credit card before she ships. The Fair Credit Billing Act and the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule protect you so you don’t have to pay for merchandise you order but never receive. According to the Federal Trade Commission, however, many credit card issuers do not allow merchants to charge your credit card before they ship. If you want to pursue this, you should contact your credit card issuer and ask about its policies for prematurely charging your account. -
My wife was saying pretty smoky in Eagar. None of the three fires show much containment as they are fairly recent but it is challenging with the wind and temps. I don't see any road closures yet though but the White Mts in a Holiday weekend is less than ideal.

Can we get a picture of you riding that little purple scooter?

You got to have a dual location. Anything lower than 7000ft is going to be hot in the summer.

I have personally found you should never go look at puppies and thinking that we will go look just in case ... seems they always come home with me! Love seeing the pics.

5th wheels way more expensive and really need a long bed to avoid breaking back window. I prefer to keep my truck bed and shell.

Remember when we were young and the "preppers" (not called that at the time) were hoarding silver coins? Who would have thunk it that the real metals to hoard would be lead and copper in the form of bullets? CRAZY times we live in !!!

RV Parks are really difficult to get into right now due to the windmill farm going in and LOTS of construction. When is your hunt?

The old guys are generally the ones that can afford the stuff at these banquets. Perhaps they should tailor this to prostrate issues instead of family planning???

Sportsmen's in Tucson had plenty of Turkey Loads but they were all 3.5" shells and reasonably priced.

I think 30-30 is historically the greatest.
