My name is Larry D Brown and I am a Professor of Art and the head of the Art Department at Gila Community College in Globe Arizona. I have been a teacher for over 30 years and loved every day of it. I'm married to a wonderful woman Kimberly Suzanne Brown and have one child, a son, Jake David Brown. My family means everything to me. I am also an animal lover currently with 6 dogs and a bunch of cats. I live in an old Schoolhouse I purchased from Miami School District in 1989 and converted into my home and studio. One of the biggest influences in my life besides my parents Harley and Dorothy was my favorite uncle Darrell Brown who is a member here, who spent countless hours teaching me to hunt and fish and be an honest responsible person. He was and is my idol and roll model.
