AZ4LIFE I have the same tag!! I been out three times in three differnt areas. I have seen bucks on two trips and does only on one. I have not seen the 130 we both want tho. I will be out on opening morning as well so if you need a hand chase me down. I have a ford f250 white with the CWT logo in the back window. I will be out again this Sat morning looking in the wilderness area. Good luck to everyone with tags.

No worries, I have a 24b Dec whitetail tag. I will get back on if I find any herds hanging out durring my hunt. I got a 23 achery pig and my son got a 5b Jr turkey along with 24 rifle pig.

I have two boys that are all about the outdoors and it really does my heart good. My wife loves to go and we make each outing a great family affair. This last weekend my wife had a unit 9 tag that she transferred to my 11 year old son. We put some miles on our boots. We only saw two deer in the glasses all weekend and on Sunday on the way out we came accross a spike and he got to shoot. He missed a little high but what a rush. His attitude was great and when he got to the truck he said dad thats why they call it hunting and not killing. Lets keep these kids in the outdoors. There is no better feeling! I have a 24b late whitetail tag and I will have both of them right by my side. John

My son and I also spent the weekend down south on the Jr hunt. We were not successful in taking one but we had a great time. We saw three on Sat nite the bad rain storm and just never got a clean shot. Stanley sorry we never ran into you but I think we were just a little further south. Couesnut tell your son congrats. My wife has a tag for 24a pig and I would love an idea on where to start looking. I have spent all of January down in the 36's due to my sons first hunt. He didn't get one but we spotted three and just couldn't get a clean shot. I haven't had a chance to do much scouting in 24a but I am going up this weekend and I am pretty familiar with the unit. Does anyone know if my wife can give my son this tag to use if he did not fill his tag? Thanks John

Saturday we were in 36a on the colorados and Sunday we found these over in 36c below Browns Canyon. My son has a Jr tag in the units so we are going back down this weekend to scout. We only saw six pigs all weekend. Im kinda stressed to find a few more this is his first tag.

Finally got lucky this weekend!!! Scored on two boars Sunday nite down in 36. This was the only heard we saw in three days of intense glassing. I put a sneak on and took a shot at 30 yards and they ran right where my buddy was and he got his at 10 yards. Awesome weekend and my first with a bow. Stanley I think we saw you pulling out on Sunday afternoon.
