Great Pics. I'd leave Momma Bear alone!

There's a couple of really good spots real close to Black Canyon lake. Plenty of room for the horse trailers and pretty flat. Lord I hope they are wrong about closing the forest! Going up there next weekend (I hope). Come on RAIN!

hehhe DesertBull, GF even upped my life insurance... "Just in case" she says (with those rolling of the eyes that only an italian NYC woman can perfect and master)... My Ohio Italian wife has the same eye roll! Scary! Congrats on a successful hunt.

Fortunately both my Mom and Dad are still very active and I'll take that over anything else. Dad turned 89 last week and still put in with us for Deer. I do have the Down mummy bag that he made from a frostline kit. It's still very warm and brings a lot of great memories every time I pull it out. I still remember seeing my Dad covered in feather and shredded foam when he was making them. The static electricity made everything stick to him and couldn't stop laughing when he came out of the den covered like was tarred and feathered. I have my Grand Dad's compass from WWI. Brass and stamped 1917. I carried it for years. I also have my Grand Dad's Cavalry Dress Saber. Both of them are now locked in the gun safe. -
Try multi-focal contacts. They work great for me.

I've got the Grizzly canvas 25 degree bag and Love it. They make a zero degree bag too. 90 inches long and 40 inches wide for us built for comfort kinda guys. I've been in 20 degrees and didn't get cold. Till I got up!

Cavalry, It was very nice meeting you. The dogs are beautiful. I wish I could have taken all 3. The little guy I got is getting settled in just fine. He's really smart and figuring out the house training pretty quick. My girls are going to be surprised when they get home and they are going to LOVE him! Thanks Again!

Very Nice finds.

I agree on The Enfield. My Dad still has one. Still full military. Fun rifle to shoot. No idea on the scope. Nice picture. The tarp is awesome.

My Dad getting ready to hunt rabbits. Wish we still had that shotgun. My Grand Dad was in charge of the CCC camps in the southwest. I believe this was taken in Silver City.

Great Pics. Glad your Dad is still here to enjoy! Thanks for sharing.

I wish that gun was still in the family! Unfortunately it isn't around anymore.

My wife and Daughter have the pup in the bottom picture. They have threatened bodily harm to anyone who attempts to get this one. They are armed and should be considered dangerous. My wife is 50% Sicilian and 50% Hungarian! Unfortunately I have taught them both how to shoot! It was great talking to you tonight Cavalry and I look forward to meeting you.
