    My Grandfather shot this Bear on our family's old cattle lease on the Fort Apache Reservation (now White Mountain Apache Reservation) in about 1939. This is near Gooseberry.

    I am not sure. I know I didn't inherit a rifle that looks like that so I guess I'll never know for sure.
