I recently purchased a fifth wheel and Iโm looking at getting a new sliding hitch to avoid damaging the cab of my truck. Iโve found several used PullRite sliders for sale online, and I was told they are junk and not to buy one. Even though they get great reviews online. While researching hitches I came across the Reese sidewinder king pin that swivels, so you donโt need a slider in the bed of your truck. I like this idea because it takes up less room in the bed of my truck and it appears to have more proโs than conโs to it. Are any of you guys running the PullRite hitches or Reese Sidewinder that could give me some feedback on your setup? Any advice would be appreciated! Thx ๐

Jet ski unlimited was the cheapest in the state when I bought my teryx. The dealer in Casa Grande was pretty comparable though.

At what age was your kid physically able to shoot/handle a shotgun? Im not asking about maturity, just physically able to shoot the gun. My son is 5 1/2 right now and shoots his B.B. gun and .22 fairly well. Im considering buying him a single shot .410 or .20 gauge shotgun for squirrel season this year. I plan on having him shoot from a rest, so Im not concerned about the weight. My main concern is the recoil of the gun itself. I dont want to scare him from shooting by introducing too much gun at a young age. Thanks in advance!

Ok, I recently purchased a tikka ctr 6.5 creedmore (20" barrel) and zeroed it 3.5" high at 100 yards. When I put all of my information into the app, it tells me my zero is 253 yards. However, the app doesn't factor in my zero being 3.5" high at 100 yards. I've always sighted my rifles in 3-4" high at 100 yards in the past, but I'm new to the long range shooting. So my question is, should I zero my rifle in to shoot dead on at 100 yards, or leave it at 3.5" high? It tells me now that at 300 yards my bullet drop will be 4.6" (5.9 clicks) at 300 yards which seems correct to me. Hopefully this question makes since. Again, I'm new to this long range stuff so any help would be appreciated. Bullet info: 6.5 Creedmore 143gr eld-x 2550fps Ballistic coefficient 0.625 Thx ๐

Ross Outdoors is second to none! I drive 30 minutes past other shops to go there.

Zero at 50 yards. That puts you dead on at 200 and one inch high at 100.

I'm fairly new to shooting long range and I was hoping to get some advice from some experienced shooters. I recently picked up a tikka ctr in a 6.5 creedmore. I'm still trying to decide what kind of glass to put on it. I'm wanting to shoot out to 1000 yards for fun, and 500 yards for hunting purposes. I plan on this being my primary hunting rifle. I'm mainly looking at vortex optics and my max price range is $1000. I'm currently looking at viper pst gen II 5-25x50mm ffp along with the viper HS LR and viper HST. I know the PST is really popular, but is it any better then the other two that are a tad cheaper? Normally with glass you get what you pay for, but I'm just curious to see what you guys think. Also, if I'm going to shoot out to a 1000 yards should I get a 20 MOA rail or is my stock rail sufficient? Also what magnification would you go with? Thanks in advance!
