Kennyazman I drew my elk tag this year after the credit card hits slowed down. It was almost a week later and all of the sudden 2 or 3 people on here said they got hit so I checked again and I did to. It was after 3 or 4 days of nobody getting hit and I lost hope. I'm thinking I drew after someones card was declined and I was next in line or something like that.

Probably be hitting cards tomorrow and maybe rest of week. How long till they get results out?

Maybe call your bank and tell them to keep that card open untill draw is done and you tell them to cancel it. Maybe you can tell them to only authorize charges from game and fish if the do that sort of thing not sure.

My cousin that is now deceased worked for game and fish in Oregon and went on to ducks unlimited as a wildlife biologist. A few years ago he was telling me they were dealing with this type of thing but it was a lion not a bear. Instead of local trappers and guys that run dogs they had to do the paper work and a week later a contracted dog runner went out, shot a lion and wasn't matched up in DNA. So the lion that was first attacking animals, then moved on to people protecting their animals, was never caught as far as I know. I'm not on here to start problems just to talk like everyone else. If you you know something I don't please tell?

Hey desertbull I mean no disrepect in what I said and when it's comes to the government and our armed forces. We have contracts with State and government and I know how long it takes stuff to go thru. A boss has to go to his boss and get a PO for anything to happen in my line of work. Like tj said it is a process for them to get contracted people in for the job at hand. AGAIN I don't hate America and sorry if I came off that way

I saw a deer on wild justice that had a bunch of bumps like that all over it's head to where it couldn't see and the game warden had to shoot it. I can't remember what he called it though.

I've heard pretty much the same thing that tjhunt2 said. Not from any government or state official but from the people that live up there. We have a cabin in Bonita creek so everytime we are up there we hear scoop. You would think they would put a hurry on something like that after the 2nd or even 3rd attack but with anything state or government everything has to be authorized and takes time. My opinion anyways.

Thanks for the info. I just remember the news saying to campers cousins or something like that from tucson or down south somewhere. Sounds like they had more hunting type gear then your average camper would carry.

They have to have these closures cause people are stupid. Most people are smart enough to know driving down a dirt road to camp that it is to dry for a fire. heck I saw a guy at willow springs a few weeks ago with a fire blazing and it was windy to where I couldn't cast more then 10 yards. We have to pay because of other peoples stupidity. I wish they would keep these areas open and just have more law enforcement around to nail the idiots but that won't happen.

Ha he is right though. I have a 22 archery spring tag and sucks not being able to hunt but at same time it's good to keep the retards out. I was sitting my bear spot few weekends ago and at 5:30 am I hear people target shooting our cabin burnt down in the dude fire and was rebuilt, don't need some dick head to start another fire

My dad and I where going to purchase a bonus point this year and hopefully hunt next draw period. I'm new to the Wyoming draw. Are you guys putting in for the blue chip units where you don't draw for a few years in a row?
