I had the 2nd to last rifle hunt and archery pig hunt there this year. Saw good bucks but nothing as nasty as that ha.

Huge congrats to him! I havent even seen a muley that big in person yet. That buck is awesome and to take him with a bow is even that much sweeter.

Avoid strapping your cam to small trees. Even if there is nothing setting it off in front of the cam the tree can sway in wind and set it off.

This morning saw does all together and a 3x3 alone in 24b. Not ruttin where I was at least.

I don't mind it all that much. We have a ton of units open every year for December and January and I like the option of bouncing from one unit to another. If game and fish starts to think they arnt getting accurate archery harvest reports by people lying, the whole archery deer season could go to a draw every year and that would suck.

I've seen pics like that and heard its from them living in the sand and never being on rocks but could be way off. That is deffinetly the craziest one I have seen though.

The only reason I don't mention names is because I don't think it's fair to bash a company over a bad experience when I have heard mostly positive things otherwise. I recommended Von hansons because I have only good things to say. Everyone has an opinion whether it's good or bad.

Have to agree with jeffcros. Meat comes back awesome and most importantly they get you YOUR meat back. Don't want to mention names but I know for a fact other places could care less about your animal, just getting it packaged up and out. I know cause i heard it first hand 3 days ago from a guy that worked at the place. Von hansons runs a tight ship and will go out of their way to get you what you want.

Truck was inside the shop. Was a silver 2500 I believe with the sticker on lower part of tail gate. Also had a wildlife conservation plate.

Gotbowaz, I agree with what your saying about the screen. If your background is black shouldn't have a problem. We shot 3 birds out of a blind a few years ago at 15-20 yards and not a single bird busted us while drawing back.
