I called just now and didn't pick up a leftover. I asked about the best day to send the app and she said they go to the post office to pick up their mail so doesn't matter if it's sitting at the post office Saturday or Monday. They pick them all up at the same time.

I was just thinking the same thing last night. I've mailed Friday and Saturday and this year mailed it Saturday. I would think if there mail gets delivered to them Saturday morning it should all be returned to sender on Monday because it's supposed to be on or after Monday and technically it was received before Monday. Not sure how they do it but good luck to everyone and I will post soon with my leftover 5a bull tag haha!

I don't see how the Hopi 5a tag sucks. It's what I put in for this year without the word Hopi next to it. Same hunt I had 2 years ago and definitely didn't suck.

Nope. Hopi hunts are like a normal tag, you are talking about the limited opportunity hunts. Anyone that's wants a crack at them the best time to submit the app is the evening of the 26th. That way when the mail comes Monday your app is on top of the pile!
