I work with our medical record software at the enterprise level for our organization and not at individual facility level, so I haven’t seen a lot of what’s going on at the facility level. All of our facilities are required to have emergency/disaster plans and with the increasing use of EMR software and data storage IT and other support roles are definitely included. Everyone at the facilities usually go through various trainings as well. When stuff hits the fan they do get easily forgotten though until the need arises.

Work is cancelling non-essential travel and conferences, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I work in healthcare IT so we’ve got extra work to do for integration of screenings, reporting, surveillance, etc into our systems. I heard they may cancel the elk draw results and issue tags to everyone who didn’t draw...

I think it looks cool and would make a cool camp kitchen. Let us know how it turns out.

Sucks...my bank just emailed they’re issuing another card due to potential compromise but I don’t think I’ll get new card before the charges hit on Friday. Even if I get it I won’t activate it immediately just in case...

If anyone listens to MeatEater podcast anymore...AZGFD’s Jim Heffelfinger was on today’s episode. Very interesting and educational...also some fun discussion about coues pronunciation with some info I hadn’t heard before.

He mentioned that one...I’ll have to find that episode too. Haven’t listened to Jay in a while.

And was it really a “hack” or just a change of screen name? Changing a screen name without logging in or accessing an account is very different from logging in and making the change or posting content. I’m not defending it...just see how it could be perceived on both sides. I miss Lark too and hope he’s doing well.
