I’ve only hunted that unit once on a HAM hunt, but seemed to be lots of public land...saw a couple nice coues on that hunt too.

Bump for great boots. In my experience Crispi’s run a bit narrow...even after trying on and finding what I thought was the right fit, I had to exchange mine for wide after I wore them the first time.

If it’s not a marked FS road and not a FS gate involved they’re probably allowed to block it as private. How far is the walk if you parked and walked to where you want to glass?

Check with Heber RV Resort...their sites are all full hookup with sewer so they don’t have a dump station but might let you dump and fill up water tank for a fee...
