Some call it blasphemy but my family really likes jerky from ground meat using a jerky gun...I don’t really have any go-to recipes though. Enjoy!

I know I can probably Google this, but lots of knowledgeable folks here and it could ...what’s your experience with steel case ammo vs brass? I know some folks who say not to shoot steel case and others say it depends on the gun. Seems others don’t cafe one way or the other.

Funny all the target guys I know like to shoot big fat arrows to break lines and get x’s better. I always felt I was at a disadvantage shooting my hunting arrows in league with them.
