Please help a 14 year old through Tax Credits

Great program...we give to my kids' school every year. Will keep her in mind if something changes.
  2. Had one of those in a short-term apartment. That was the only one I'd ever seen before this.

    tough year

Good work. Keep it up. My brother and dad both smoked and dipped...I think what saved me was being allergic to smoke and taking a big sip of dip spit when I was a kid.

    Fine BobCat

How far east? Have a mom with 2 kittens (probably grown now) that like to visit my yard...all have very distinct orange/red pattern almost like a tabby. Houghton/Irvington area.

    Temp.

Gotta have weathergasms over something...when I was in OK it was always wind, ice, or tornadoes. As if those things had never happened there before.
  6. True...even looks like OP already bought an Igloo after posting too. Now just a cooler discussion I guess
  7. Very pleased with RTIC so far. Haven't paid much attention to how long ice lasts in it since kids always in and out getting drinks, but Memorial Day everything was still ice cold when we got home after 4 days even though most of the ice had melted.

    Public Range Frustration

I had the same thing happened to me on the Range in Tucson by the fairgrounds for, and this is no exaggeration, dropping a pen on my table as I walked by during a cold range!Yeah I think touching the table or putting anything on it during a cold range is the worst thing you can do there...I've had same for grabbing a water bottle.I also had them yell at me for, literally having my toes ON the yellow line.... not being completely behind it on a cold range. No joke.I believe it. I see both sides especially when it comes to safety...they don't know you from anyone else, but jumping folks and yelling at them just puts everyone on edge and unnecessary. Always seems like a couple of those guys have an authoritarian kick going. Others more laid back and easy to deal with.

    Marriage Retreat this weekend

I was honestly asking if there was a difference between 1 and 2 in the list. Or maybe that was survey responses where folks put one or the other. I was in Biloxi and surrounding areas for several weeks after Katrina...saw a lot of government resources as well as churches and private and non-profit organizations working hard together.

Are 1 and 2 not the same?

    Church thread Nuked

Original poster asked if anyone else was going...pretty simple. Then it devolved into a bunch of opinions.

The Slow Grind to July 7th

Betting on no draw here and picking up a leftover depending on what my kids draw. I know that's not what you asked...

    35B on Fire

I wonder if this is the smoke I saw looking southeast from Tucson. I was afraid it was 34a again.

    YOU Hunter Ed camp 8/5-8/6

I missed the note that it was full. Glad I got my daughter registered when I did.

    Show Low area lakes

I've always enjoyed camping at Fool Hollow (although tough to get RV/trailer spaces on weekends...plan well ahead and make reservations if that's your plan) and glad to hear the fishing is hot there this year. I've always fished with the kids there and never caught much. That's usually my expectation fishing with the kids though...more playing than fishing and catching. Nice lake for swimming and kayaking too.
  17. Haven't hunted 33 a lot and now scouting for October rifle hunt...I know the drill this time of year, and everyone is looking for general areas but not hot spots or honey holes. I've done the research and know my general areas where I'm going to start and hope to avoid the masses when the hunt starts...but... Why lie...I'm looking for hot spots and honey holes! If you don't have a tag this year or for whatever reason are willing to share some good spots send me a PM...I have some hot spots of my own in a couple of the southern units for whitetails and mulies as well as some elk hot spots I might be able to trade you... Not the typical post this time of year I know...no harm in asking though! Thanks!

    Bipod recommendations

Thanks. I was already set on the Harris, just wasn't sure on 9-13 vs 13-27. Makes perfect sense hearing reports from field use.

Unit 33 Hot Spots and Honey Holes!

Hunt went well...tag soup for me but my buddy killed a nice buck somewhere on the east side of the unit. (I won't say the specific area since it came from someone on CWT and they didn't mention it on this thread) Thanks for resurrecting the memories.

    Hunters Ed Classes

Youth Outdoors Unlimited has a hunter Ed camp the first weekend in Aug near Happy Jack. Fun time and get it all done at once. They'll usually let adults sit through it and take the test too...just might not get a card that day and have to send it in to AZGFD depending on how many kids are there.

    2016 Sheep reports

Look at the 2016 draw reports.Do you mean Hunt AZ 2016? I have that...it's 2015 draw info.

    2016 Sheep reports

Is there a list out there with 2016 draw odds? Hunt AZ has the 2015 odds but that's all I could find.

    2016 Sheep reports

I stole this off Facebook and Jay Scott. Brian IMG_1233.JPG Jay said on his podcast he'd share the list with anyone that asked...so i guess it's not really stealing. Thanks for sharing.

Need help finding NCAA sports with no cable

Only baseball coverage seems to be ESPN. No MLB network on sling which is weird...they have NFL, NBA, and NHL available.
