And just to be picky...it's prostate. Prostrate is different...although you may be prostrate when your prostate is checked.

Funny when I asked about it thinking it was 45 my doc said 50...of course that's a govt doc too so maybe some cost-saving measure there. Agree with not letting it go though...friend in his 50s had trouble peeing as his only symptom and ended up with pretty advanced cancer.that luckily has responded to surgery and treatment.

Real golf players putt with a hockey stick! Cool experience too...thanks for sharing

Nope…they don’t need it. Sorry.

I have a friend whose college student was looking for furniture…let me check with her.

More memories…I have that same cookset too! my first experience with the whisperlite was 30-ish years ago in scouts. We pretty much used all Coleman gear…Peak 1 and similar stoves. One of the gearhead experts whipped out a whisperlite on a multi day backpacking trip…it was lighter and more packable than what most of us were using and blew my young impressionable mind. LoL

Dumb question…what’s wrong with Jan 21-31? -
Good deal if any is left…Walmart had bricks for $32 recently.

+10 I always carry extras…and also rotate them. I had an extra get a tiny hole in the package and dried out without me noticing.

Same as others have said…I think glassing is easier with contacts but my eyes get irritated/dry after a long day glassing, especially if it’s windy (wife and kids laugh at me coming home with red eyes “sure you were out hunting all day” LoL) I keep rewetting drops and also Opcon to use after I take contacts out to help the irritation. I prefer that over Visine and others. Agree 100% on the hand washing too.

Looking for gun shops down south

I know a couple of organizations use Tucson Sportsmans for raffle prize pickups. Might be worth checking with them. A couple of local places I've heard of doing transfers for folks are The Hub on Alvernon and Trail Boss Outfitters in Vail. Vail is way out east, but maybe convenient depending on the winner's location. -
Workhorse for sure. Good memories in a couple of these…

This is what makes this place great…same boat.

So much for zero negative interactions LoL

Heck throw together a GoFundMe to help the budget. I’m sure you’d get some help on here…gotta keep momma happy!

Same here I have a pair of OR I’ve had over 20 yrs and very pleased with them. The military set for sale in the classifieds now look very similar to OR so they may even be made by OR. my only complaint is the pair I have are heavy cordura so they are pretty noisy if they brush together.

Buy one somewhere else...Sportsmans, Cabelas, Walmart, etc if you don't want to wait for the office to open.

I remember liking that one about 30 yrs ago...if it's the same brand I remember. The primary mountain house competitor at the time. Wonder if it's still the same recipe. LoL

I hope he's doing okay too...there was another thread about 36a that he said he'd been in the hospital but would be back out there soon.

But what’s for dinner? Throwing a pizza in with a beer and probably have a whiskey later. Been one of those weeks…not even a homemade pizza at this point.
