I have been extremely happy with my Badlands 2800. I can haul a ton in there all day with no problems. I even ripped it while it was on the back of my quad rubbing against some metal. I sent it back and they fixed it with no questions asked. David

I am almost finished with my new hunting rig. I got the rear cage in and soft top. Tested the suspension a little, works great. It drives nice and is super quiet. David

The one out at Pleasant was last weekend and it was a mess. You don't even want to open the packs that you find. Everything smells real bad. I won't even tell you what these people put in there discarded socks. It is very disgusting. There was a good turnout, but I think I might have been the only one from CW to show up. I think we could have had alot better turnout. David

I wonder if this guy is still alive. I bet he would like to have it, or maybe even his family. David -
I have an A-Bolt in 300mag and love it. It is the stainless stalker with the Boss system. I loaded up some 165 grain sierra boat tails pushing 3250fps (72g/4350) and it was very accurate. I haven't had to tune the barrel much. I mostly make a bullit to match the barrel. Put a SIMS recoil pad on it and you will be able to shoot fifty rounds at the range with no problem. Make sure you have good ear protection while shooting. It will clear most of the guys next to you at Ben Avery.

Check out this little light I found at wal mart. They are only about $1.80 a piece and work pretty good. The boys think they are the best thing ever invented. David http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/fifth/finglite.htm

Jimmy, Is CDI box waterproof? If not, you might want to move it. I like the lights. These toys sure get spendy. I have six IPF's going on the front of mine. I also got a 105 amp alternator to install so it will run the lights and the 9500lb winch. Now I need to start looking for a toyhauler that it will fit into. I wish.

Keith, Are you headed out there also? David -
I painted it last Sunday and I am now working on the roll cage. I also got rear bumper with a gas can and tire carrier installed this weekend. She is coming together and hopefully I can take it out and give it a try. David

I don't know. I have never really thought about selling it. I figured if I do, then I will need it the next week. This sucker weighs 176 lbs. I actually just went out and looked at it. It says Wacker on the frame and G5.6. I thought it Generac. And I was wrong about the wattage, it is 5500.

Dodger, I have a fifth wheel that I use for hunting, and I have never had to use a generator. I bought two six volt golf cart batteries for mine and they will last five days with no problem. I have even ran my heater every night. I have never used the AC in mine, so I guess if you plan on using the AC then it might be a good idea to get one already installed in the trailer. I have a 6500 watt Generac sitting in my garage that I have not taken with me on one trip. Check out this website, it has a wealth of information. David http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm

Man, Those are some great pictures. We sure spend alot of time out in the field chasing these animals around. One of these days, hopefully this fall, I am going to shoot me a nice bear or even a lion. David I had alot of fun shooting this little guy a couple years ago. I have shot a bunched of these pigs, but it seems like I have even more fun each time. Of course this big boy is my favorite. If he only knew I was going to be chasing him down in a couple more weeks after I took this picture. His final resting place. You can see in this pic where the arrow entered just behind the last rib quartering away from me, and entered into his heart and right lung. Died within forty yards and a couple minutes. I am very proud of this bull. I can't wait to get him up on my wall. -

Is there anybody else from here going besides me and sea cowboy? David -
I have installed a special theft device that forces a broadhead up through the seat when a special button is not depressed when you sit down. Jimmy, I have some pictures on my cell phone of some custom built rhino's and rangers. Shoot me a private message with your number, and I will send them over to you. You probably have more power than my zuk. It only has 66 horse power. David

I finally got the suspension done on my toy and will be putting the cage in this week. I hope to be painting it next weekend. I also got my new bumper this week that holds a fullsize tire and five gallon gas can. This sucker is goin to be some fun. David

I bet if they offered one bonus point to every person that brought in ten bags of garbage, we would have 20,000 people show up. Just come out and spend a couple hours helping out. David -

Hey guys, These are some of the other pictures of the area to be cleaned up near Lake Pleasant. I know this isn't in Coues country, but they are walking right through it. This is close to the valley where alot of us live. Lets try to get as many people from here as possible and show everybody that hunters take care of the land, not abuse it. If we get enough people, it shouldn't take to long. Plus you can exchange lies, I mean hunting storys with other hunters . Post up, who's going? David -
It made my computer go haywire. Sounded like I had a squirrel inside running around. David

I keep thinking they are going to fall out of the side and get ran over by the other guy. I sure know if I took my boy out he would fall out for sure. David

Those guys that work for Glaspro don't know what they are doing. That sucker is sweet Jimmy. I just couldn't bring myself to spend so much money on one of the big boys. I got my new huntin rig also. It is about halfway finished. Its not quite as skinny, but it sits at about 60 inches wide. David This is how it started out when I purchased it. And now with the front end done. I still have to put in the rear end with a locker, a six point cage is on order. I also got a nice bumper to hold a fullsize spare, gas can, high lift jack, and CB mount. The front bumper is holding a 9500 pound winch. I also got some new seats and soft top, plus I will be painting it silver to match my truck. Its a little bigger than the Polaris Sportsman I have, but now I can take both of my boys and wife with me on some of my hunting and fishing trips. It only weighs 2000 pounds. David

In January, I also found a big muley that was hanging in the same general area for a couple weeks. I think he was there due to all of the doe's in the area. I have hunted this same place for four years, and this was the first time I had ever seen him before. Even during my November deer hunt, I didn't see him. I think these big bucks come out during the rut and then head back up into the big mountains and stay there until its time to mate. David
