  1. I have been a member of that club for about 5 months now. Basically just show up for one of the meetings and see if you like it or not. If so, you can introduce yourself and tell us a little about your background and get voted into the club. Nothing major to be accepted. They raffle off a gun at every meeting also. David

Walked up on a lion yesterday

I met a trapper last year on the res near Ash Creek that told me he had a lion that kept breaking his traps. He was staying in Globe and then driving out each day to check his traps. You know that had to be a big lion. Great job on the video. David

    piggy down

All of the feet were the same. The picture was from the front foot. I was told by a fella that has lived in the area from some time that they shot a muley some years back that had feet even longer than that. The pigs are still able to run quite fast with the longer hooves. David

    I figured it out...

I have had very good results using Butchs Bore Shine on all of my barrels for about the last ten years. I like to really soak the barrel and then start running wet patches. It has turned good barrels into great ones. David

    Deer and ELK?

While hunting for bear behind Fort Grant, I also found lots of elk scat in some of the nastiest terrain. It was very steep and the brush was super thick. I was told my a game and fish officer that there is a resident herd up on top near the Lake. David

    H&R Barrels ???

I have quite a few of the barrels and have noticed that they will shoot good cold, but not after you shoot them a couple times in a row. You will get mad stringers. I ordered all of my barrels directly from the website that ruffcountry posted. You need to send them your receiver so they can match the barrel to it. If they aren't busy, it won't take to long. Have some trigger work done while it is there, and buy all of the calibers you want for down the road at the same time. David

    Hunting Trucks / Offroad Rigs

Another tire you can look at is the General Grabber AT2. I almost went that direction, but I wanted something that would also work good in the mud. You can get the generals for a pretty good price. David

    do mulies RUT or what

There are alot of muleys in the area where I am scouting and I haven't been seeing any chasing, but they are starting to tear up some of the bushes. I did find this nice shed on Saturday. I would like to see how he has grown this year. David

    Hunting Trucks / Offroad Rigs

I think they ride pretty good considering they are a light truck tire. Let the air down in them a bit and they take the terrain very well, plus this will be your last set of tires you will need to buy. I read where one guy had a set on his ranger with two thousand miles and the tires were hardly worn. I still need to put one in forward a arms on mine since I have the huge offset wheels. I want to say the tires were about $110 a piece. David

    Hunting Trucks / Offroad Rigs

Blake, The tires are made by Interco. The are the super swamper SSR's and fit a 14 inch rim. I had the ITP xtr's radials before these, but found I rode on the pavement alot up north near our property so I decided to switch to these. I can ride full speed without any vibration at all. I run about five pounds of air in the front and eight in the rears. If you need a set, let me know and I will hook you up with the people I bought mine from. Hunting Trucks / Offroad Rigs

This is my latest hunting/fun rig. It seems like I am always building something for offroad use. I just finished the fender flares this past week, and plan on building a full top for it out of sheet metal. I already have some really nice doors for it, but need to build some custom mounts for them. David

He had an idea I was standing there, but my son was about ten feet to my left and made a litte grunt and he moved away about ten yards. That would have been a sweet broadside shot. We also smoked two coyotes on one set up. It was a good day. I to really enjoy chasing these little suckers around. They are great for teaching youngsters how to hunt big game. My son will have his first hunt in Febuary and I can hardly wait. David

    free upright commercial freezer

    Gondi.
  25. I have a Frigidaire heavy duty commercial freezer that I am giving away for free. I just turned it off about two hours ago and washed it out. I don't know the size, but I was able to get alot of meat into it. I have owned it about six years and never had any problems out of it. There is some damage on the back right side from Lowes dropping it when unloading. It has to be gone this weekend or it goes to goodwill. Must show me your Coueswhitetail tattoo for transaction. I am in the north valley off of loop 101 and central ave. David
