I welcome any other members to post a video of themselves killing a coyote on the run at that distance. The reason I posted this was to show just how much you need to lead a animal moving at that type of speed. Its not easy by any means. David

I will accept $750 to the first person who gives me a "I will take it". I need to invest more money into a product I am trying to bring to the market. David

I picked this gun up on a trade and already had a home for it, but the deal fell through. It is a brand new Remington model 700 XCR chambered in 300 wsm. To learn more about the gun, take a look at Remingtons website. I am not into big bore guns anymore, so that is the reason I am not looking to keep it. I would like to get $850.00 or trade value $950.00. I am open to trading since this seems to be the common thing lately. Here are some of the guns I am currenlty looking for, but will entertain other offers. http://www.remington.com/products/firearms...del_700_XCR.asp http://www.shootingtimes.com/ballistics/300_wsm.html Benelli SBE II-Left hand eject would be great, but I will accept a righty. Remington r-15 chambered Ruger .204 Dtech AR upper chambered in 243wssm Savage model 99a saddle chambered in 250-3000 Savage model 99f 250-3000 Savage model 99a saddle .243 Let me know what you have got and we can work from there. "Most places don't allow you to donate predator meat as the don't consider it eatable." They could have frozen the meat and shipped it down the the Adobe rehabilitation center in north phx. The center will take most meat since they have all types of animals that will eat it, including vultures. I really doubt any type of action will take place against any of the staff since they were probably told to "dump it in the forrest" I know of a gentlemen that received a ticket when he didn't pack out all of his bear meat one time. Has anybody used this conversion on there Encore? I have been doing some research on it, but would like to hear from somebody that has used it. I would also be interested in hearing if anybody has tried the Dead Center bullet. David http://www.prbullet.com/prohntr.htm http://www.prbullet.com/

.25 acp breech plug conversion
azhuntnut replied to azhuntnut's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
Did you notice if your accuracy got any better with the acp conversion? David -
Blake, Sounds like you had a good time, and a hard hunt. Those are the ones you always remember. That would have been cool if you were able to shoot him with your bow. David

Thought this would help you guys with the tags get excited about your upcoming elk hunt. David

I agree with Gino on the 335. It takes alot to make a 350 bull. He sure is good lookin though. Hopefully he won't stray to far away from that area so you can put an arrow in him. David

Even though I posted in another section, I am so excited that I have to show it off a bit. This was a total shot in the dark when I put in for this tag. Muzzleloader muley in December units 39-42. David

I managed to draw a December muzzleloader mule deer hunt in the desert, with only my hunters education point. I will be buying a lottery ticket for sure. I about broke my chair when I leaped out of it from excitement. David

I have been using a Nikon Monarch 5-20x44 with the BDC on my AR and the 6-24x50 BDC on my .243 and love both of them. They are very clear and work well with the BDC reticle. I also have a buckmaster 4.5-14x40 with the Mil-dot reticle that is a blast to use on my short barreled 7mm-08. David http://www.nikonhunting.com/riflescopes.html

Yes. Off the 137 north of the 300. David

Doug, It looks like split fours is starting to decrease in size this year. He is starting to get old at this point. Is there still a big 5x5 running around in the group? David

The process server must identify you by name, and then hand you the court summons. They cannot hand it to somebody less than 18. You have not been legally served if it is left on your door step. If somebody comes up to you outside of your home and you don't know them, do not speak to them at all. Most of the time they won't spend the extra money to send out a process server. Plus mail gets lost all of the time, and envelopes left on your doorstep could get blown away by the wind. David

I thought he was going to buy one last week. It sounds like it would be a great gun to add to his collection. David

Adding a couple guns I would take in trade. Thanks, David AR chambered in .223 or .204 with a flat top and free float hand gaurd. TC Encore pro hunter chambered in 25-06. Browning A-bolt chambered in .243wssm, left hand preferred since they are more accurate, but I would take a right hand bolt.

I think Brock will end it early. He has been training hard and learning more each time he fights. He is a much better wrestler, and has better take down skills. Mir did look alot better in his last fight, but I just don't think he can stop the power and quickness the Brock brings to the ring. Brock did a good job of working over Couture and I think Couture is a far better fighter than Mir. But you never know who will win when they step into the octogon. David

I would like to thank the members that have sent me some great trade offers, but I still haven't found anything that I can add to my gun safe. If you think you have something that might work, shoot it over to me and lets see if we can work something out. David

My truck was broken into again yesterday for the second time in six months. The theives are hitting the big parking lots looking for anything they can grab quick out of the truck. I think they are seeing the outdoor stickers on the back of trucks and hitting them hoping to find firearms inside. Both times they have punched the key tumbler out with a screw driver and opened the door right up. I even watched them do it on recorded video at Cabelas one time. Last time they got nothing, but this time they got my GPS and one magazine for my Glock. I am installing an item I found called the Jimmi Jammer to prevent the tumbler from being punched out. Hopefully this will slow them down a bit next time. I figure its cheap insurance compared to what I am spending to replace the handle and tumbler. I just wanted to add that a friend of mine got his Dodge hit on Saturday night while in a restaurant. They managed to steal his pistol. It seems like to are targeting trucks with any type of outdoor stickers or license plates on the back. David

Thanks Casey, I hadn't looked over at that website yet today. I have been watching for some now hoping to find one. David
