I was just talking about hard numbers of animals out there. I am not questioning lions running together etc. It just seems that all of the sudden everyone thinks there are lion problems and high numbers because they have been seen together. Just cause people have been seeing them together doesn't mean anything about numbers. Put together hard facts to prove these huge increases in the lion populations thats my point. Wasn't bashing on your post or point just some of the other comments.

I have been on a deer drive in that Three Bar Enclosure......there were lots of deer in there but I was dissapointed as to seeing some monster racks that I thought I would see. there were some nice ones but maybe that 240 was on the opposite side of the enclosure than me hahaha...I thought that some results came out showing some of the deer densities inside vs outside that enclosure. At least that is what I had heard of. I tend to agree with Littlebear on the lion deal though....perhaps cause I went through college with him....I never knew you worked for game and fish littlebear....I guess some people ARE NOT as smart as they think they ARE.... The problem that I see is all of this word of mouth stuff. Any story ends up getting over exagerated. Yeah some are true but the majority aren't.... I think everyone that thinks there is this massive problem needs to get together and do some study that proves what comes out of their mouth....Show us some hard facts. Not surveys of people out there, but true hard facts. Only problem in my opinion is most of those complaining are great internet hunters that think they are the next expert but couldn't find their way across an open field.

I am dissappointed in Danner's warranty. Littlebear and I have the danners and busted out some seems on them. they basically told us to bend over a take it, if you know what I mean. I will probably not buy another pair. In my opinion the stitching is one of the most important parts. Afterall that holds the boot together. I saw a doe doing the same thing only she was kicking ME!!!! Ask Littlebear. We were predator calling right after they had dropped fawns and she sure thought I had hers. It was the funniest thing ever. I wish we had a video camera. Needless to say we laughed all four miles back to the truck that day. Becker

Here i what my wife does. I have been putting in some ear plugs and cover over with a shirt, which I do anyway to keep the sun out of the eyes. You think they are bad now, you should have seen them a month ago.......lol

OL Littlebear just saw that buck yesterday the 21st completely rubbed. but that was one out of numerous and a toad of a deer so I know of at least one. Hopefully should start seeing more

Littlebear and I went out to chase some of those monster deers he got pics of. Unfortunately we didn't get a shot at them but I whacked this nice tom turkey the last hour before we left. Second big game animal taken with the AR-34. Can't beleive how well those turkeys can see.... Becker

Just was wondering if this is an elk website or coues deer website.......what happened to the coues talk, pics, etc. Gettin tired of looking through all the elk posts tryin to find posts about coues.

..........this is the only way you can get someone to come shed hunting with you.....Someone being your dog because no one else will go...lol

Took my wife for a drive Sunday evening to check out a new area. decided to walk down to a spot that looked good for sheds and this is what she found. No antlers from this year but one pretty impressive old shed. Too bad we didn't find it sooner with all the points and beam still present.

Took out my new quad for a ride in some new territory with my wife. Picked up this shed about 50 yards from the road. rough measured it at 45 inches. It has a funny kink in the main beam you can't see in the pic after that first eye guard looking point coming out. Might have to spend some time in the area to see what he looks like this year.

you all mentioned that G&F doesn't like the sit out method cause of the $5 dollars. Make it a mandatory charge every year while you sit out to stay in the game. I wish there was a way to be assured a tag every 3-5 years. But as mentioned before facts are facts. There are only so many animals in AZ to hunt. I think G&F needs to get their heads back in the game. Increasing tag #s is not the answer (they seem to think so). the sitting out method seems to make sense, but I would like to see it take place in every type of hunt. I am usually the unlucky guy in draws. 3 deer tags 0 everthing else ....not so good. Pisses me off to see the same guy every year with big game in the back of the truck....But I am still able to enjoy the outdoors shed hunting, chasing littlebear's hounds, etc.... Becker
