How long have you owned it? Any accidents?

Did some research. It looks like you need to replace the cams? Is that right.

Can the draw length be adjusted without a press? Is 60# max?

At SW Taxidermy today (great shop) and we were guessing the score most said 80 or so maybe high 70. They taped it and we went, no tape again. And again. 96 7/8 wow would not have guessed that. Thanks for the laughs today and the name of Forkasaures.

deer activity was pre rut. these were the only two bucks that we saw together but the one we shot did run off the other deer one day when some does came in. we saw one other big buck that with does but other than that all other bucks where by themselves and it didn't seem like they were getting ready. the does were all very active and up all day. spikes were not with does rather out on their own. we had a serious full moon so that may have changed patterns some. necks didn't seem swelled up, and no classic nose down movements. not sparing. I'm not an expert and have only hunted Mule rut, but it seemed like it was still a bit of time from the rut

So my family was up camping in the White mtn Apache nation and we heard what sounded like a strange mix between weak elk bugles and not quite coyote noise. So my son packed up to go investigate and he took this pics. We think it was a Mexican wolf with two pups. And a coyote stalking the pups. He was in a bowl with a Meadow in the bottom and then trees all around the bowl. The mama would stare at him and bark like a dog. You’ll see she has the collar if you zoom in. Then in two spots surrounding him in the bowl she would call to what he thinks were other wolves and they’d call back. Then There are two smaller pups following her. And then a lone coyote we think lurking behind them. He was about 100 yards away so when he was there he thought he was just looking at coyote it wasn’t until he got home he blew up the pics and saw the collar and what he thought was a coyote looked like a wolf. We’ve never seen Mexican wolves so we thought this page in the forum would have some knowledge. Is that a wolf and pups. And then a yote? Their sound are unlike anything we’d heard before. We’ve heard hundreds of bugles and coyotes this was different. Hope you enjoy the pics. Glad to know your thoughts Pics are in order of mama, mama, pup, pup, coyote Hope they post that way

Looking to Rent a small Alumn Boat and Trailer 1 week
apache12 replied to apache12's topic in Classified Ads
So the Apache Nation rents a number of small lakes. You need to go to their website and create a login and then midnight on new year get on and book your time as quick as you can. The lake is locked and it is 100% yours. They provide water for cook and wash all the wood. Fire pits. Potty’s and covered tables. It’s so great. The fishing we have is native Apache and they a launch. It’s a great trip. $1000 a weekend. And we do multi family -
So our family rented a lake up on the White Mtn Apache Nation and the boat we had lined up fell through. Looking to rent a little 12/14ft aluminum with no gas motor. troll only. I'd like to pick up in Phx metro next Tues/Wed and I'd have it back one week later. I will sign a form taking financial responsibility for it with an agreed value and happy to leave you a signed check posted dated to when i need to return as protection for full value. Copy of license any other form to make you comfortable that I'm not a jackass. Was kind of hoping $200 or so would be fair but open to options. thanks Chad

So when my son was 11 he shot his first deer. A kiabab doe on the run at 180. Dropped in its tracks. I thought I can’t believe he did that resting on a burned out log. That was lucky. When he was 13 he shot a cow elk at 470 with a very serious cross wind and it went nose down neck shot . I thought I can’t believe I let him take that shot. That was lucky. At 14 This past weekend he shot a coues buck at 378 while light was fading off a bad rest of rocks. The buck was bedded and not much more than the top of body and neck showing. This time I had a good friend to witness the boy can shoot some. He squeezed the trigger and the buck rolled over dead never stood up. Right in the neck shattered the vertebrae. I thought. Maybe he’s not lucky. Haha. Good time. These kids are getting to be shooters. Saw an article on a junior shot a 130 at 750Yrds my son has had great success with browning x bolt vortex viper and Hornady led-x in his 6.5 credmore

Have you considered the savage long range in 280ai? Tack driving rifle out of the box. And that 280ai is impressive
