An AZ and NM double? Anything is possible! My Dad did it last season. Pulled an early AZ muzzleloader area 1 tag, resident with 13 points and then second rifle NM 16D. Along with my second rifle NM 16A tag we not only beat the odds, but spent about a month in the field over last Sep. and Oct. Three bulls bagged, the largest being my Dad's AZ bull at 348". Great accomplishment considering my Dad is 71. One nice bull tag would be just fine this season.

They sent out the notification E-mails this evening, should be posted at their web site tomorrow. Maybe they're not done yet.

My Dad drew AZ resident early bull muzzleloader area 1,2B,2C with 13 points and thought that was very lucky and now just found out he also drew New Mexico area 16D 2nd rifle and I drew area 16A 2nd rifle, both non-residents without an outfitter. With the 6% limit for these tags as far as I can see it, he drew one of 3 tags and I got one of the 7 tags available. I still can't believe it and wonder with the change in the draw for sheep, ibex, and oryx in NM if enough hunters withdrew their applications that it improved the odds to draw these tags. My Dad is 71 and in great shape and with the overlapping NM hunts I'm considering an outfitter/guide for his NM hunt to give him the best experience possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Dad drew his first AZ bull tag! Early Bull muzzleloader area 1,2B, 2C. Beat the odds with 13 resident points too! Can't wait to join him on this one!

Not offending me at all. I put as much on the card as I can, pay it off every month, and use the points to buy stuff at Cabela's. Haven't paid a cent in interest yet.

I had my Cabela's card canceled last week for fraud also. I had only used it recently for putting in for the WY, UT, and AZ draws.

It's very possible that there's enough non residents in the max point draw to reach the 10% cap leaving no tags for any non resident with less than max points in some of the early rifle hunts. Looking back at 2012 muzz area 1,2B,2C, 9 points gave you about a 2.5% chance of drawing the tag.

I can't speak for St. Lucia specifically, but every hotel in every country I've been to has a business center where you can access the internet, maybe for a small fee. If you bring a laptop/netbook you might have wi-fi in your room or an ethernet connection to plug into, which if you don't have the ethernet wire/cable, the front desk usually does. As said already, if the hotel can't help you, then there's usually an internet cafe or some place to use the internet somewhere, just gotta ask. I don't know about Iraq either, flew over many times but didn't land.

The CA DFG actually posts the depredation permits stats for mountain lions. The last update was back in 2009 they issued 93 permits and killed 42 lions.Easy to find by googling it. Unfortunately it would take another vote by the State to change the regs. regardless of what the biologists say. Crazy.
