When I worked for azgfd, I worked at Jacob lake during the jr doe hunt, about 15 bucks were brought in on accidential kills, those bucks that were small spikes the hunters got a verbal warning and reviewed their actions with the warden and then turned their tags in. A few kids killed awesome 140 to 180 mule bucks! No excuse for that and they were cited, I am not sure whether the kid got cited or the parents did though, I did see a few kids cry up there, but I bet it was 100% the parents fault, At the end of the hunt, it was my job to take all the bucks back to flagstaff and drop them off for processing, the meat went to the food bank

Well, the Forest Service considers it abandoned property if it is left for more than 72 hours, without permission. Maybe someone thought it was abandoned?... Just saying.... That's the same thing as if u leave ur trail camout for 5 days while you are working during the week to find out ur trail cam got stolen, it comes down to common sense and dignity If you parked ur truck in the woods and haven't moved it in72 hours, does it give me the right to shoot your truck whether it's worth 1 k or 30k?

Anyone know about burros? BLM were doing an adoptiong thing 2 weeks ago where these burros bout 4-5 ft tall were being given out for $25 each, they were 5-8 years old and being burros they can handle the lack of water/feed in the desert.

obviously you'll have to stay away from the syc canyon. Best place you can possibly go is hunt along the canyon at the top, the first 100-300 yards at the top of the canyon has quite a few wildlife and it's pretty flat which makes for easy hiking. Sorry to hear about your legs, I've broken a femur and tibia before, same leg different days and recovery takes quite a while. Can't imagine breaking both legs at the same time.

Those 26 inch barrels have kicked my butt a time or two and cause my father to get smacked in the face with ocotillo and mesquites ha. my dad won a 300 wsm and we have worked up some amazing loads with the 300 wsm that we were not able to do with the 300 win mag probably due to recoil, and from that point on I have decided to start a little project, I just need a remmy 300 wsm to start out with! My son and I went through cochlear implant surgeries, just about 400k worth of medical stuff but we didn't pay out of pocket, paying a hefty bill for platinum insurance, don't really have the extra 500 dollars laying around

Yes I do pull that one with my students, Let's just say if a bear was being chased by hounds, I would have no idea If you can hear then it would be a different story for you As for bear hunters being a different breed from majority of hunters, I agree with you, I have met bear hunters and had noting in common with them, they have a huge passion for the chase while I have the passion for putting animals down for a dirt nap

Cows move every year, I am guessing the hunt u had years ago you were smack dab in the middle of them and the recent one you had was a normal hunt where you had to get after them. Try to locate the majority of elk before the hunt, check tanks Lower country is easier to glass up elk but often times less elk than the pines

Try both of em out, some people prefer kiabab over swaros, personally I dont like the kiababs only cuz they don't fit my face, See what suits u better
