Nice house! If a Member buys it I will refund them $750 after closing if they use me as their lender. That should buy something cool to go with the house. Thanks!

I am a loan officer. I cant do the construction loan, however, we refer them to Western State Bank, they are great, I sent my brother to them and my boss even used them to finance our small office last year. They will do the construction and we will put you into the long term financing. Give me a call and we can talk, even if I cant do your loan I will help with the process and be available for any questions. Brian 623-693-3205

Hi guys I would like to buy some decent glass for around $400. I am using some 10+ year old Nikon Monarch 10X42s now. Looking for vortex viper 10X42 or similar glass. I wish I had the cash for better ones but trying to stay under $500. Phx area Thanks Brian

Thanks everyone. I did end up buying a pair of non HD razors right befor the hunt. So far I like them a lot. Thanks for all of the advise and offers. I spent $500, a bit more than I wanted to but I believe I got better glass than I was expecting. For those of you suggesting the Nikons, I have had a pair for several years and they have done the job well. No complaints, however, I do feel I have upgraded with these used razors. Brian

Thank you guys for some great input. I haven't exactly decided what I will do yet but I am leaning toward a pair of older non HD vortex Razer 10x42 at a great price.

Hi Vincent, I was really hoping to get out of the dimondback's and into the viper range of glass. Are you in Tucson or Phx area?

Looks like our bulls are going to be dropping there horns in the snow this year. Any ideas what this storm will do to their habits? will we find the bulls/antlers in lower elevations than normal? They say we could get 20 inches in the high country, what do you guys think? Here is one I found a couple years ago. I love them Tines up!

I spent this past weekend in Unit 31 with my Dad, Brother and Cousin. We saw lots of deer mostly Doe and small buck when I was able to glass this guy up Sunday Morning with 2 doe. We were lucky enough to find him again after he went over a saddle and I laid him down at 450 yards shooting from a fence post.

I am an accountant with a CPA firm in Gilbert and we are getting ready for a busy tax season. Message me or look up Colby & Powell if you are looking for a new accountant this year. I have been doing taxes for about years now and graduated in 2013 From ASU with a Masters in Taxation and should join my coworkers as a CPA next year. I have been hunting coues deer with my Dad since I was 11 and decided to go into accounting after realizing I could work hard in the beginning of the year and be available for the fall and winter hunts. My Dad always had to work long hours through October and usually missed the mule deer hunts. Sounded good then and I am still enjoying it. Brian

LOL, How about a 5 cents.... I bought the K-bar a few months ago thinking it was the smaller version like my father has had for years. This blade is about 9 inches long. I thought it was about 7 from the photos so I put the crayon in to give an idea. I guess I should of used a dollar bill but with a house full of kids the crayons are much more available.
