I don't know how I got from getting drawn to getting nuked, sorry. I will bet that most of the people that are complaining mess up on their app., or put in for a real popular unit or hunt, or they haven't put in for a few years and think that they should be drawn because it has been a while since they went. I have never been drawn for elk, I have been putting in for 8 years straight, I have my brother put in with me and only put in for archery bull tags now, it is my choice and eventually it will pay off, as for deer my last three choices are oct. coues hunts, just so I can go hunting.

I think there were a lot of tags that got wasted that year, and the fact that the named the additional people that drew tags is what caused them not to hunt, it might have been for fear of the backlash by residents

Last I read she was in jail for counterfeiting I think.

Well I got news for canada, if iran happens to lob a missile our way there is no way to know for sure if it will hit us or them or anybody for that matter, but their accuracy with long range missiles sucks from what I hear. They are enriching uranium ( for nuclear power ), and inspectors aren't allowed in, but Jim Shockey is hunting sheep and having a grand time with the nutcases.

Bill I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but abby is dead. I don't really know if that bill will pass, all of the senators that hunt probably are used to the corn flingers and food plots, they don't have time to actually spend time in the field scouting and hunting, they just want to know when the deer they are going to shoot will be there. Just to be politically correct this is pure speculation on my part, as I am sure there are a few senators that do hunt harder than some.

Not that it matters but I read a while back that Jim Shockey ( another uso guy ) was hunting in iran, how can he get into iran and hunt when it seems like they want to kill any american they can, and did he pay to hunt there, maybe they wanted our new muzzloader technology to try and figure out how to launch a nuke at us.

DesertBull I didn't say it was a bad thing, heck if any of us had that oppurtunity we would take it, and he wouldn't be wealthy or famous if it wasn't for guys like us that read about, watch him, or listen to his seminars.

Maybe sliding a 50 or 100 bill into the envelope would be a good strategy, being a world renowned hunter with unlimited cash and sponsors isn't a strategy it is a guarantee.

Any one of us could do that, apply for october coues, cow elk limited opportunity, or apply for bonus points you will get those.

Tapia could be in more trouble too when she gets caught tossing the skittles to her son, because child molestors are wildlife in my book and I am glad they have him in a cage.

Hey az, that was after the guy stabbed his mom ( didn't kill her), and they called the police, then they sued after the outcome.

On the other hand what sucks is that we are still way undermanned and under equipped on our side and we are giving them money, if we payed better and equipped and backed the people we have, the problem would get better, it will never be solved fully. Well it looks like Scottyboy isn't getting a raise this year.

Lark I was thinking the same thing, but I guess 30 yards in the face might hurt just a little. I don't know about intensive care though, the worst thing about it was the guy couldn't shoot back or the secret service guys would have lit him up.

I also took the elk survey and think one for the Coues hunts would be great, we have all probably sent our own opinions to them one at a time, which might help a little, but together they will take more notice, at least I hope they will. Thanks Steve for the info.
