The only way you would know that is if more than one of your employees has the same social, other than that the gov't. should not be able to penalize you. You would open yourself up for lawsuits if you did not hire someone because they couldn't speak english, not saying its right, that is just the way it is, the buisiness owners are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. You know, but you don't know and you get no support from the feds or the state for that matter, this is just the case of passing the responsibility down to someone who has no political gain. If this was going to affect political officials it would never happen this way, there needs to be accountability on higher levels, neither democrats nor republicans really want tot take a real issue with this because it affacts them both in different ways and they don't want it fixed.

Isn't there already laws to keep criminals from buying guns, the truth is that they will get a gun if they want a gun wether they beg, borrow, or steal. If there is a new law what does that do, allow them to put one more charge against the idiots, we have you on three counts of murder one, oh yeah we also have you on illegally purchasing a weapon. If they would kill murderers, rapist, and child molestors some of these idiots would think twice before doing these crimes. Curmudgeon a few dead is bad, but if it saves one life it is worth it. There was a man in Texas recently that shot two thieves coming out of his neighbors house with stolen property, he was on the phone with 911, when the thugs came out of the house he shot them dead, I pray this man does not see one day in jail for this, but when you listen to the liberal media it is all about (the victims and their families), in other words the crooks, they think this man should be on trial for first degree murder, pre-meditated since he told the 911 operator that he will shoot them if the police don't get there before they come out. Pre-meditated, I wonder if they can get the crooks as accessories to murder since they were robbing the house and caused him to have to plan to shoot them, no matter what thank goodness he didn't just wound them or they would be suing him, but I am sure the families of these lowlifes will do that. God help us in a day when animals are more important than humans, and crooks are victims to a law abiding society.

Is the one your looking at blackpowder only or can you shoot the cowboy loads in smokeless as well. I checked on several of these and and bought the lever marlin 45-70 1895c instead since it will shoot a lot more 45-70 loads, the 1874 is my favorite rifle and will be my next purchase. My dad had one and it was a blast to shoot, good luck on your hunt and on the purchase of your next rifle.

I have two female chocolate lab pups left. I am in the northwest valley, you can send me a pm or an email if you are interested. They were born 9-21-07, they have had their dew claws removed and their first two shots, the parents are both akc and the pups have their puppy papers.

These pups are all gone. I have another litter that will be 8wks the first of February. All yellow with this litter.

Just started reading this book, so far so good, I will fill in the rest when I am done, It is an old book so there may be a lot of you that have read it. Tony I didn't get the first book in the series, I will get the first before I read them.

It is the next C.J. Box book, not one of the Pickett series though.

Ok Tony I have read them all, probably should have taken my time so that the next one would be out when I finished with Free Fire. I have only read a few L'amour books, I will have to read a few more, the same with Zane Grey. Tony have you read Blue Heaven, that one is now on my list of books to read.

Bill I would ask you to write my memoirs, but I wouldn't want to waste the five minutes you could be doing something productive. You could almost wonder whether you should vote or not, since someone can simply make an order and it has to be followed, but they usually do these on situations that are under the radar or are not a big issue until it is done. they never come out and tell you this is what they are going to do and they dang sure won't do that right before and election, but once its done our only recourse is to file suit and prove that it is unconstitutional (more taxpayer dollars), instead we usually just let it go. Our governor needs to go, but with the influx of california voters who think that having her as governor is just wonderful we may never see her lose until she steps aside.

I haven't read up on this either, but it was brought up earlier in another thread. I am thinking this is going to be a huge mistake as far as taxes go, what are the rules for this law, can roomates get this benefit, brothers and sisters maybe, best friends, if it is only for same sex people that are sleeping with each other do they have to have proof, maybe the governor has a private viewing room where she can watch and sign off on this. Mike I don't think California has signed anything like this yet, but maybe that is because they are all moving here. The one thing we can all look forward too is that in their thinking of darwinism and evolution, they will eliminate themselves, oh wait we have some liberal judges that keep giving them kids to raise with their beliefs, and in their politically correct world we can't say a dang thing without being called a bigot, it don't matter what their opinion is because their voice has to be heard, but we need to shut up because we might offend someone. The last time I checked Christmas is a national holiday, we have a lot of holidays that are celebrated and this is the one that gets picked on the most. Over the years it has gotten far removed from what was its original purpose, celebrating the birth of Christ. Now it is a for profit holiday that retail stores absolutely love, they really don't care what its called and if the name and meaning changes to get them more money all the better at least for them. How many kids today relate Christmas to Christ, or would it be santa and rudolf. The last time I checked I am pretty sure In God We Trust is on all U.S. coins and bills, probably won't be long before that changes, the pledge will be changed, as a matter of fact some well to do group will get together and change the complete history of the U.S., a country that for the most part was made the great country that it is today from some very forward thinking, patriots that were mostly Christians. Wasn't it just yesterday a muslim country had to pardon, let me say that again pardon a teacher for allowing her students to name a teddy bear muhammad, they wanted to kill her, they did try, and sentence her to prison. I thought we as a country got past that a few hundred years ago, we might say you are going to heck for ypour beliefs nowdays, but we don't speed up the process for you, religous freedom and religous fanatics are different, don't force your religion on me, but at the same time don't try and take my religion from me. We don't protest all the other holidays, just shut up and let us have ours. As far as the life partners thing goes, what is the criteria for life partner, are college roomates going to be allowed to get the benefits, what about people that share apartments or houses, when can it be brother and sister, sister and sister, brother and brother, heck best friends can line up for this one just for the benefits, there is probably some sicko out there that will fight in court (that we have to pay for) that his dog is his life partner and should get benefits.

What is funny is they mention how well the American Black Bear is doing, I would venture to guess that the black bear is the most hunted of all bears. Very much enjoyed reading them, and would recommend them to anyone, rarely do I find something I don't like, but these stories are well told and intriguing.

I read this book and have to say it was worth the time. We have learned a lot about the Amazon since it was written and some of the stuff he writes is sort of legend that is taken from the natives, the book describes a journey that was probably one of the last of that type. Tony I have read the first four C. J. Box books, and I am waiting for the fifth. I have to say I will read them all, they are not the usual good guy wins, bad guy loses books, it just seems to me this guy catches crap no matter what he does.
