If the guy is healthy or we can get him healthy he will be fine, if not we are salary cap trapped for two more years, but if we had kept Marion and resigned him we would be in the same boat as far as the cap goes, which is a team that everyone loves to watch, but isn't going to win a championship. Steve Nash and the Suns have a very narrow window to win a championship, realistically you don't worry about next year until next year unless you already suck. I give the former wildcat credit for having the guts to make this move, but then again he knows way more about winning championships than all of us do.

There probably isn't a player in the nba that was afraid to go hard to the hoop against the Suns, now there will be.

Where the Suns get killed is offensive rebounds, and just having a true center in there will stop that, also if you guys look at fast break points the Suns are way down from what they were two years ago, the key to the fast break is the defensive rebound and outlet pass, which is helped with a true center, Shaq should get foul calls inside that the suns have never got, plus he will draw a second defender in the paint which will open up one of the other suns players in the half court game, and Amare does not have to cover the other teams center on the defensive side. The number one reason the trade may be a good thing is that Shaq hates Kobe, hopefully that motivates him. Good luck to the Suns and at least the got something for a disgruntled Shawn Marion, who was going to leave anyway. Who knows what will happen with this deal, but we haven't been to the finals since Barkley and a lot of people hated that trade at first too.

The leverevolution bullets are really good, buffalo bore is coming out with some new bullets ssoon for the 30-30 that will probably be pretty good too, they just won't help you now. If you are going to reload there are probably endless choices for the 30-30. Before you do buy any ammo and depending on how old the gun is there might be some loads that are not safe for it.

They keep telling us that at anytime there is between 5 and 20 pound of undigested red meat in your intestines, but that is ridiculous.

I agree with DesertBull, we have to give hime a chance, and it is my understanding that this is the guy that we wanted, the other candidate was more like we had. I do wonder how the other candidate is going to take this, wasn't he the deputy director here in Phoenix, I would hate to see backstabbing going on in the dept. I see he went to ASU and has been in the AZGFD since 1974, that has to be better than some midwesterner, or someone from California coming here to run our dept.

After the judicial process the commission will take up the civil side of this case, and being that the department has gotten more aggressive with their assessments the attorney generals office has become more aggressive in the collection of those assessments as well.

Stealing is a crime and the person caught should pay the price, and they actually might be lucky that they are doing it in the forest because if I caught them in or on my property they might get a bad case of lead poisoning. No matter how someone tries to sugar coat this taking something that is not yours and is affixed to something that tells you that it is being used and is not lost or discarded is theft, it may not be law, but it is what it is. The treestands stuck in trees for years might tick some people off including me, but it doesn't make me near as mad as someone leaving notes or signs up telling you to stay out of an area 09-14 thru 09-28 since we will be sitting this tank, or blocking a public road with debris or signs that are there to keep you out. What should bother all of us about the trail cams is that we might not know the person taking them, but there has to be a high percentage that are taken by hunters, a few to animal rights people, and a few to others, but hunters have to be the majority, it sure as heck isn't someone out to steal to buy some crack or even to get cash to feed their families ( and yes they need beat too ), but for all of us that know what kind of time and effort is put in with these trail cams, then there is the money for the cam and gas to get back and forth to them. We can argue about alot of different things that deal with hunting, but we shouldn't be arguing about whether or not we should steal from each other.

Tom Brown Jr. "The Way Of The Scout" He has a whole series of these books, they are interesting to read, but to me they are very improbable and unbelievable. The movie "The Hunted" with Tommie Lee Jones was based on this guy. If this passes it should be a small game only license, they should not allow it to be used in any draw hunts and if they do apply for any hunts or get caught abusing it in any way they should lose all aspects of their assistance, no food stamps, medical, or cash. In all reality this is a very stupid law unless it is youth only, but as stated before if they can hunt they can probably work, and if you can't trust them with a job how the heck can you trust them with a gun.

This mentally unstable person would never have killed nobody if he couldn't purchase a gun legally, right. They should have included that if you were affiliated with a gang you couldn't purchase a gun either, how did they miss that, would have stopped a lot more crimes. While were at it making these great laws, they ought to give you a test before you can purchase a gun. Question 1. Would you ever shoot someone in self defense or to defend your family _ yes _no . if you answered yes to question one turn in your test you fail, erase marks are automatic failure. Question 2. Would you ever use a gun to defend your country_yes_no. If you answered yes to this question turn in test you fail. Question 3. Would you ever shoot at a cop if they were trying to bust up your meth lab _yes_maybe_no. We allowed three answers for this question since it can be very stressful when government officials are trying to force you to obey the law, and there are lots of exceptions to this rule. If you are in the Americans With No Abilities Program you are not required to take this test since it would cause you undue grief. I am sure there are a lot of questions that could be included, add as needed.
