Freaking global warming messed my math up, if it wasn't so warm outside more people would be out there doing something instead of in the air conditioning on the computer posting 514 more posts than I guessed and causing me to lose. I think anyone who is a public figure is going to draw criticism at some point, the more famous you are the more criticism you receive. I have stated before that if it is legal and the person that does it feels good about, in reality that is all that matters. If there is enough outcry for something done there will be punishment be it monetarily or just being shunned by followers. One thing though if there is enough complaining going on about certain tactics, and the success there of the game and fish will be more than happy to pass more laws and restrict hunters even more, I can only live by the rules set in the regulations and my own personal beliefs.

The prior two years the clinic was on Sept. 12th and 11th, and those were weeknights. As Amanda stated the ADA could use more volunteers, also the monthly meetings are open and guests are welcome to attend.

Ok Amanda, I took the total number of posts 106131 divided by 60 ( the website is 5 years old and 12 months in a year 5x12=60) 106131/60= 1768.85 I doubled that 3537. The posts were less yesterday when I did the math and it was real close to 3500 so that was my choice. I could have added a few more months since it was march of 03 when you joined and that was the start date I used to get the five years. I hope those few months didn't affect the math enough that I would have been closer if I had used them, and if I'm not close it is because of global warming affecting my judgement.

3,500 that is my guess, I seen we were at # 10 for a short time on the top 100 hunting sites.

A big steel jawed trap right under the camera would work, but an unlucky animal would probably step in it before the thief. You almost wish there was a way to booby trap one with a can of pepper spray to go off when opened if a key isn't turned or something like that, but then the law abiding citizen that put the camera out would get in trouble and the freaking thief would somehow get treated as the victim.

That sounds like total crap, follow this through to the end, first off there have to be close circuit recordings of this event and even more so if they thought something suspicious was going on. If the manager did it because she thought you said to close all of your accounts there are usually forms to sign, at least that is what I remember. Unless you were linked to your wifes account somehow either by name or social I don't see how they could have attached that as well. Now the second thing that sounds real fishy on their part is when you talked with them on the phone they did not know your account was closed and were going to send you a new card, then they gave you a temporary that worked and then stopped working. Sounds to me like they are trying to cover their tails and look to make you the bad guy. Was this your primary branch where you were known and did most of your transactions, how many bank robbers rob the branch they deal with regularly, are known to the tellers and are conducting personal business with the manager. I bet that somehow the video of this will have been erased or there will have been some other problem with that segment. If they are anti's try and google the managers name and see if she or he has any affiliations with any animal groups, or sad to say any church type group and she went holy roller on you. Just as others have stated the higher you take this, the better chance you will get some sort of justice. I wish you the best, Good Luck.

Would this be the weapon of choice down south on archery hunts for personal protection.

Humans have destroyed more habitat than any other species, should we eliminate them as well, I mean we are an invasive feral species to most places. Too many times nowdays we like to act like the past never happened or that everything done in the past was wrong or bad, and that it must not be good now. The dams that were built on the rivers in AZ and the western United States changed the west way more than any cows did. I see people griping about farms, about dairies, about chicken and pig ranches, nobody wants them close to their houses, but every year someone goes in and builds a subdivision right next door, sells the lots and houses and then pisses and moans until they move, and these farmers and ranchers keep moving further and further away from people, and the people follow them and keep them moving. These farmers grow and raise stuff they can sell, and they sell it or they wouldn't be doing it, the ranchers are still selling their cattle and these farmers still sell their crops, and until the demand isn't there the cattle and farmers will be. Not to many years ago a few miles away I could work on a tractor or other piece of equipment for a rancher or on a dairy, now they are quite a few miles away, but not to worry I can work on a piece of equipment on a golf course or a little lawn tractor at someones house in the same area. I would rather have to walk past some cows to hunt, than to drive through sub-divisions, and make sure I am not in some new annexed city limits that I was unaware of. To each his own I guess.

I'm coaching so I am committed, our company has a big group going that night or the night before, don't know if they have a suite or not, but I couldn't do that either. I really do appreciate the offer.

Arizona State Trust lands are not "public lands", as are Federal lands under the management of the U.S. Forest Service or the Bureau of Land Management. Federal "public lands" are managed for the benefit and use of the public, while State Trust lands are managed for the benefit of 14 Trust beneficiaries, which include the public schools and prisons. The Land Department's trust management responsibilities include requiring a permit or lease and charging a fee for use of Trust land. Exceptions to this requirement are licensed hunters and fishers, actively pursuing game or fish, in-season, and certain archaeological activities permitted by the Arizona State Museum. This is from their website as well, but Lark is right, you can hunt whatever is in season where ever it is allowed, and since they allow it you can do it. Carry a pellet or slingshot and you are probably legal, just check AZGFD for weapons allowed to hunt small game.
