Sold pending funds thanks for looking

I have a Eberlestock Tailhook Pack I used on a 3-day antelope hunt in August 2011 and on a few days of archery deer season Dec. 2011 and January 2012. I did not use it hard and I could say it is 'like new' but I think 10-20 days hunting with it isn't an honest 'like new' rating. It is in great condition. Here is a video that shows you how the pack holds a bow (can do rifle too) and how it hangs on a tree if you are a stand hunter It has 2 pockets that can hold 2 liter hydration bladders each. So, on my antelope hunt I could carry 4 liters without an issue. Retails for $229. I'll take $140 or a trade for a decent recurve. PM if interested.

Forgot to mention, I'd trade for a recurve and arrows, too.

The brace height is 6". This is the first xForce model that came out and is a surprisingly good shooter for the low brace height. Also, I have it set right around 65#. I've always had it between 65 and 70#. I don't see any markings on the limbs that says a poundage range. Let me know if you want to know anything else.

You no longer can receive PMs, but i have a great proposition for you. How do I get to you? -
+1. I cant get crap done at work. all im thinking about is how these deer are rutting right now and im sitting here. this sucks!! I cant get back out until friday. Well, if it helps, I've been out a few times since Friday and all I've seen is muley does with no bucks running with them. So, it's not super hot everywhere and you've got plenty of time.

Best of luck to you and prayers for a recovery.

Ok, I've been through, and continue to go through exactly what you are considering. I'm a bowhunter who bought my first rifle 8 years ago just after I moved to AZ. It was a 30.06. I topped it with a 4.5X14 Zeiss Conquest. I've considered buying a 'coues gun' again and again over the years. Why? Because the grass is greener on the other side of the hill and it recoils less. However, every year, I debate internally until I just decide to stick with what I have. It's served me well as a Coues gun as i've gotten solid out to 400 yards with it. That's enough for me and I strive for the 250 yards or less shot. I have killed at 378, though. One big point, I did get the a 'trigger job' and it made a BIG difference. The recoil flinch issue is so much more manageable. I also bought an inexpensive bolt action .22 for practicing a lot of shooting and I do some dry firing with the 30.06 to become a better 'squeezer' on the trigger. So, I say, save the bucks unless you have cash to burn and get some glass and trigger job. It won't cure your desire to buy a new Coues gun, but it will help you shoot a great caliber, the 30.06, better.

great idea, but I already have two. How much do you want for it?
-
All, I shoot that Scott itty bitty Goose release and really like it. Someone should buy it if you are looking for one.

Great bow and an excellent price

you've tweaked my curiosity. I've always hunted 6a, 6b, 10, 20b, 21, etc. What's the hunting like where this place is?
-
this is one of the best tips I've read in a while. Makes a lot of sense and probably also let's you see the antlers better. Does it?
-
Well, I had another guy ask me the same thing. I see all the value in the bow and brand new string, and accessories as the bonus. So, if needed, I'd go to $400 on the bare bow. Other wise, I'd keep it as a back up.

Ok, just talked to Nathan at Ross, it is an America's Best- it slipped my mind. Great string. It was $140 installed. No cheap route on that one. I've probably shot 75 to 100 arrows on the new string.
