Now you all get to see my ugly mug......O joy. Ultramag, we like to Armada alot. It is fast for being a big station wagon. I beat lowered extended cab chevys and fords all day long. We haven't had very many problems since we go it new in May '05. It tows our TT very well but you almost have to own a gas station when you tow. You guys and gals might like to see this: Any guesses on what is on his inside left leg? It is the size of a flattend softball.

You also have the 100yrd range at the Tucson mountain park on the west side and the Three points range for shooting far. Any place you go is VERY busy now because of the seasons. Try to go during the week in the early afternoons.

I bought a new Travel Trailer in Aug and the dealer had some of those Fleetwood E2's. They are pretty slick looking! I told my wife she was lucky she came out with me or I would have came home with one of those. I had even seen pics on the Fleetwood web site but they are much cooler in person. Redman, If they were the same price I would go for the E2.

So Bret if you missed that 80 incher that means he must have been way too close..............right ? Never heard of you missing much of anything.

Humm, first off let me welcome you to a great site with greater people. If you are just starting off to the world of hunting I would recommend that you really get out to the range and shoot, shoot and then shoot some more. Get you rifle sighted in, get comfortable with you rifle. You might not have enough time to find the load your rifle likes(gives the best group). Keep you shots at nice and short ranges and really any soft tip ammo like Remington Cor-locks or Winchester Super X's will be fine. Weight wise look to the 150 to 165grn. Remember your rifle can shoot alot farther than you can and more accuratly than you can. Not putting you down it is just the lack of practice. Some guys here can hit softball sized taget at some serious ranges, I am NOT one of them. Set some limitations for your self like how far of a shot and the deers position. Stick to them, because we owe these great deer we love to hunt at least that much. Wounding a deer is an ugly thing.

I can assure you that if you only talked hunting, which is why we come here, "you would not get harassed."

That is cool. It is great to see the youngsters out in the field. There is no better place for them except maybe school. Congrats!

Normally there are are 6-8 hunting, all family. We draw together about 80% of the time which is nice. My uncle will head down to camp one full week before the hunt in his travel trailer. Hunting is his yearly vacation. I normally arrive Wed night and put my tent right next to his trailer. This year is a bit different. Only my uncle and myself drew Bull muzzy tags this year. His is heading up to our camp area 9 days before the hunt. I bought a new travel trailer in Aug, about one month after the draw result came out , for this hunt. We took it up for the first try out on the 14th and I was up there last weekend too. We still will be up on the Wed before the hunt but my trailer is already up in storage at the Happy Jack lodge! I will miss camping in a tent........................but not that much .
