She was told the engine needed pulled. That's never cheap no matter who does it. -

And they explained it that the engine isn't getting fuel or oil (sorry I'm car stupid) during that rev. It took them 2 days and finally on sunday after 3 separate tries throughout the day the guy heard it -

I like the idea of another diagnosis. I dont work with dealers unless it's a warranty item but it seems to be my moms preference. I was leaning toward repairs but, and for me it's a big but, I feel responsible for her safety and security. I'm learning how men feel What if the dealer agrees to half off the repair? Does this change the thought of using a dealer to repair it but I want her to get another opinion for sure. I don't trust dealers much. -
You can't call yourself a hunter if you've never spent enough time in a blind to want some headphones. It's a true statement akaspecials.....if you have spent days in a blind or on a stand it does get boring. I used to read a book while sitting but started leaving the books at camp last year because I get into the book and then don't pay close enough attention to the task at hand (hunting).

"Nature girl" can you give my wife lessons please .. LOL ! looks good ! Heck no...LOL It's totally a man's job. A married woman should never lift a finger in a garage :)

I've got about a third of my garage cleaned. The floor has a little water on it still. Once I got my stuff organized, I swept out a couple inches of 6a mud and sprayed with a hose and swept out the water. I haven't seen it in awhile. Looks pretty good

They all seem to be hot! I have whatever brand from sportmans. I checked they are Everlast snake shields. They aren't quite as hot or heavy as the canvas type ones I used to have. I've now started wearing my cowboy boots instead except quail hunting I'd wear gators because I don't pay as much attention to the ground.

Here's how you fix the issue.Move everything to one side, go thru it while you do and sell/donate stuff. Epoxy one side and when completed wait a week or so and repeat on the other side Oh Naturegirl how you underestimate me and my garage. I would have to build a room addition 1st! Did I see you on that TV show called Hoarders? Do you need an intervention? I must say I thought the same exact thing ...LOL. PS-My garage was in need of an intervention (well it kinda still is), but I am starting the process. But the floor has beautiful epoxy on it underneath all my stuff :)

Hilarious incident that VERY quickly turned terrifying and life-threatening

Wow! I'm shocked the price was so low. Ive not had such cheap visits to 24-hour vets on the east side. -
Personal Observation About Paddle Boards, Or Whatever You Call Them

Now maybe someone can clarify this. I carry a life jacket on my kayak. I don't think I'll ever need it but it's there just in case and doubles as added back support and a soft seat when on shore. I've been told by multiple people kayaks don't require one. What's the rule? As for my 7-year-old daughter, she has one on always when she's with me. She can't swim well enough to save herself if something were to happen to me. What happened to common sense? -

I cried as I read it. I lost my Yorkie 2 years ago in September from a CRT. I live more than 30 minutes from a 24-hour vet so treatment wasn't an option as it was 4 am. I sprayed his mouth out with water and he laid in my arms and seized until he died. 45 minutes total. It was the second to the worst experience of my life. I highly recommend you watch your dog because once they have tasted the toads some dogs go back for seconds. It is a hallucinogen. My Yorke did it a half dozen times or so before one killed him. The sad thing is I still can't kill a toad. I've had a soft spot for them since I was a little girl so now I just do things to naturally make my house less appealing to them by elevating dog water dish (toads like them) and keeping the lights off (toads like bugs). I'm so sorry but I'm very happy your dog made it thanks to your family's quick actions. Keep an eye out for a repeat. -
Never used a special bow case. I used my case and strapped it down. Sometimes I'd use a black trash bag to cover it from rain or snow.

I really like this part of checking the mail. Too bad tags don't come more often.
