FOR TRADE- I have a brand new in box, in the wrapping Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 PA Scope with Wide V-Plex Reticle. I have looked everywhere online and they are $399 brand new. This has never been mounted and was only taken out of the box for pictures. I am looking to trade for guns, hunting equipment or reloading equipment of equal value. Please txt 602.525.1790 or email me with offers. Thanks.

More or less interested in handguns, optics, AR accessories, Reloading equipment. There have been a few offers for rifles... just looking to see what peaks my interest the most. I may be willing to put some cash on my end for the right trade.

Getting ready to start reloading for 300WSM and 270WSM. Going to be using Barnes TTSX Boattails, 130GR for the 270 and 140GR for the 300. Using Redding FL 2 Die Set, I have a question that has come up and reading around there is no precise answer. Should I Crimp after seating using a "light" Crimp or is the Resizing Die enough push the neck back without needing to crimp? Sounds like most answers are that there is a majority of non-crimpers for bolt action rifles... Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Ya, im aware. Hence why its a trade option and not a straight sale... there are people all the time that make senseless trades... example... 750 dollar rifle scope for a 1000 dollar revolver.. the guy needed a scope. Had a gun to trade... I don't have to get rid of it.. just seeing if anything comes along that tickles my fancy..

Up for Trade - Springfield XD 40 subcompact. LNIB. Less than 40 rounds thru it. Includes original case and extras, including extra extended magazine. Also have Galco concealed carry holster. Including box of Winchester hollow points. Online at Bass Pro the gun retails for $550. I am estimating the Value at $600 with everything included. Yes I know they are going for less, but I am looking for something in the same range of value for trade. Open to all offers. Mainly interested in Hunting equipment and weapons (handguns, rifles, ar's)(no shotguns). For the right trade I would include cash to make the offer fair if it was more than $600. Shoot me a PM or txt me at 602.525.1790. Thanks for looking

Archery bull hunt is just around the corner and my brother and I have the entire 2 weeks off of work. This will be our first 2 week long hunt that we dont plan to come home except maybe once to do laundry and replentish our supplies. Does anyone have any good tips or pointers on keeping food cold and ice frozen without having to make multiple trips to town for ice? We will be staying in a tent trailer with a small fridge so most of our stuff will be in ice chests. I would like to know everyones input so we can make the best of our hunt. Good luck to everyone who has a tag this next month!

So the time has come to upgrade my arrows and I'm curious to what some of you would suggest. Quick info about the set up. Mathews legacy, 28.5" dl dw set at 63lbs. I have a 6a bull tag in september so looking for something that moves quick and quiet and packs a punch. I was looking at the easton flatline 400's or easton fmj's. Any other suggestions including 2" or 4" fletchings and was planning on shooting a fixed muzzy 100 broadhead. Thanks in advance

so am I right to assume that for elk I want to have an arrow at 400grains or heavier?

Looking for some good advice and maybe a good eye doctor to see for a good precise perscription. I have an astigmatism in my right eye (my dominant eye) which effects me being able to see my sights on guns and pins on my bow. I dont need glasses on a day to day basis, mainly just for shooting. I have glasses but they still do not make the correction that i would imagine i should be able to get. so my questions would be as follows: 1. Contacts or Glasses? 2. Any recommendations to good eye doctors around the valley? 3. Do Peep Lenses work? Any information from anyone would be very helpful. Thanks to all in advance.

So my brother and I drew are first sept archery bull tag in 6a for the september hunt. Both of us are seriously amped for this hunt and no doubt are going to put in some serious time to make sure we are successful! The debate he and I are having is how long to hold out for the big bull. Granted everyone has their trophy or bull that is special, but scoring wise would you shoot anything over 300 in the first 5 days (he says a solid 5x5 he would shoot) or hold out for maybe 350+ (I want to hold out for the monster)? I have read some other posts from people in regards to 6a and they said there's more quantity than quality... does that mean 350+ may be out of the question in this unit? Curious to all of your thoughts and any advice you care to share! Thx.

An interesting question for you all...

I am not so much hung up on score and I am sure when I see the right bull it will feel right. I think I am trying to talk myself into not shooting the first one that comes my way. Being that I plan on takin my 2 week vacation and scouting the heck out of the unit and coming up with various plans of attack, I just wanted to know what some of you would do in my situation. I know its a rut hunt but I also know there will be 700 some elk hunters in that unit pushing elk around. I know it's going to be a great experience either way. Thanks to all so far who have shared their input! keep'em comin' -
