So I searched around this site for answers before posting, so forgive me if this has been discused before... my question is, has anyone created a living trust to register class 3 weapons to? I am looking at building an "SBR" style weapon and would be interested in silencer's and other cool toys... just want to know if anyone did it themselves or hired an attorney to help. My understanding is you can have a joint persons with equal rights on the trust and because this becomes similar to a company there are no background checks that the BATF can conduct, which takes months out of waiting for an approval to weeks or even days...everyone's input is appreciated. Thanks.

Any anual fees, insurance requirements? after I posted this I talked to someone else that suggested an LLC and for the 100 dollars it cost to set up might be worth it. Could one get an ffl license if an LLC is established?

If someone spends enough time online they will 90% of the time always find a better deal. Between backpage (people selling guns to pay bills) or budsgunshop or cheaperthan dirt there is always gonna be someone cheaper. For someone who wants a product in town and meet face to face they can sell a product, meet a member, and bs about hunting or guns or whatever. I do spend a good amount of time online on this site and others and always shop things out to price out what's fair. Were all trying to make a buck as well as give the other a good deal. So I acquired a Savage 110 30-06 in a trade. It is an older model with a blind magazine. I have been reading around and wondering if anyone has any ideas for a fun rifle build and also interested to anyones input to if it would even be worth it. I like the idea of being able to change out barrels and I am open to changing calibers, stock, and barrels. I would like to use it for bench shooting at long range. I also have the ability to handload. Open to all crazy ideas. Suggestions?
