Recipes while out in the sticks...

Breakfast: usually some instant oatmeal and a hard boiled egg or two for some protein, banana bread with butter. Snacks: homemade trail mix. I prefer dried cranberries and mixed raw nuts in about a 1:2 ratio. Most prepacked trailmix has too much sugar for me. Lunch: Either more trail mix and a hard boiled egg or some type of freeze dried meal so I am able to stay out in the field. Supper/Dinner: Grilled steaks, burgers, hotdogs. Side dishes of baked beans, fresh cut veggies and dip. Dessert: Homemade cheesecake, apple pie, brownies, cookies. This seemed to work pretty good for us (hunterdan, n77ea and myself) while Coue's hunting this year. PM me if you want to know the logic behind the carb, protein and fat combinations.

    Lark

Sure great to hear that she is doing well. I am glad that the skills and techniques that doctors use have been developed.
  3. Has anyone found a factory load/bullet that they have found to perform great in their Tikka T3 .270? I usually shoot a 130 grain but I am also interested in heavier bullets as well. Thank you.

    Family Strengths

I am a chiropractor in Tucson, AZ. My practice name is Kenworthy Chiropractic. I am located about .3 miles north of Ft. Lowell on N Country Club Rd. During chiropractic college, I worked with a doctor that traveled internationally teaching his extremity (arms & legs) adjusting techniques. I really enjoy helping others function at their optimum. If you have noticed that you can't do the things that are necessary for hunting such as pulling back your bow, as easily as you used to, schedule your free initial consultation and we will discuss if chiropractic may be able to help you out.
