I have a close friend that has one..... best hunting pack on the market. Best gear comes for a price. In my humble opinion I would save money and get another year out of current pack, if price is of concern, and purchase a Stone Glacier. Looking at reviews and through research it is easy to see they are in a class of their own. All top of the line packs out right now are easily below Stone Glacier. Wish I had the budget. I know a lot of guys will cry when I say this, but to me Stone Glacier makes most top of the line packs (to remain nameless...) look like Walmart Ozark Trail. ... Buy one, you will not have buyers remorse.

SOLD Well this will be long... Unfortunately the "Green Machine" is up for sale. I bought a newer 4 door truck since baby #2 is due in Sept. With a lot of thought I am selling it. I know I will miss it because I really don't want to sell but extra funds will help out with bills to come. I would really like to find someone who will take care of it like I did. Great truck for young driver, strictly hunting/camping truck, work truck, or even daily driver. This was my daily driver until recently. Truck is a 1995 Chevy Silverado Z71 with 313,000 miles. 5.7L V8. Clean title. I am sure by pictures you can tell it has 4x4 on the floor, electric door locks/windows. Cruise control works great, A/C blows cold and works great. Tow package, fairly new Cooper ATP 285/75/R16 with low miles on them. Full size spare. New windshield, new battery, and new alternator. No holes in seats. Does not leak oil or any other fluids. All rubber lines have no cracks and in good condition as well as belt. Brake system in good condition. 4x4 works perfect. CD player. Very straight body. No bedliner. This truck shifts smooth and has lots of power. Things wrong with it : Paint faded on hood and roof, a few AZ pinstripes, metal arm for passenger window comes out of track because the fitting that goes into track broke - so window out of place if used and have to manually put it up. Visors have small tear. Dash cracked some but stays in place. Dome light indicator (plunger?) when you open driver door does not work. Power driver seat every now and then does not work......... That is really all I can think of right now. This is the first place I am posting. For CWT folks I am asking $3000. Thanks for looking and please spread the word before I change my mind. SOLD> couldn't let it sit. I ended up selling it for $2500. Although I feel as if I was robbed, I am glad to see it go to a young man in high school. Thanks for the help.

I did not stay for silent auction. Great to meet new faces and had a blast. Dinner was great! I thought Lance was gonna win a rifle for sure ! No winning tickets for me unfortunately.... look forward to seeing you all again! -
Just a tid bit on 10 from my experience. Although tag numbers have been high..... where are all these hunters? Multiple scouting trips to the Bo and very rarely saw anyone. Multiple scouting trips throughout unit, very rarely saw anyone. During multiple hunts covering lots of ground, rarely saw other hunters. Im sure if you single out an absolute giant you will compete but in general I have never seen it be of any concern regarding hunters everywhere. Also getting reports from other tag holders they say that they don't see too many people. Personally I think 10 is a great unit. The best? In my humble opinion it is not. If you have been planning for so long to get a tag im sure you will put in great effort to be successful. With putting in great effort, any unit in the upper half of the state you can shoot a really good buck.

Old thread but in case someone looks..... Mastro's, Flemings, the keg. My favorites are Cartrights in cave creek, i know they are only open certain times. Also Dominics. Those two are the best in my opinion. Enjoy!
