So was the year before that, freaking hot! We went out in the mornings in short sleeves.

I'm also wishing for the 70's and 40's. I have the same hunt but will be hunting elsewhere in that unit. Be doing some scouting next weekend. Best of luck!

Congrats on a December tag. I have seen several 100'' bucks in 31 in years past, mostly in the Stockton pass area. Bad part about it is that it get pounded very hard but then again, you might luck out and find one in December without many other hunters around. Last time I was up in there, I seen a 100-105 inch buck in the Bar X canyon area. Best of luck to you!

Man that thing is sweet! Is the bipod included?

This may be a dumb question but does it matter if the bacon is cooked? Hoping to try my luck with traps later this summer and bacon seems to be the bait of choice for them.

What I've seen in the units that I hunted a lot, mule deer especially, were much more abundant. Not too sure about coues but I am seeing them a lot more often in muley country.

Update on items... Nosler ammo is spoken for, so are the binos. HSM 7mm ammo is spoken for along with the 270WSM. 5mm ammo is gone along with the 45 cal ammo and the 5rd MAK mag. Thank you everyone!
