Howie and Jason were always the best to work with at Bear Mountain, now Howie is at Dons Sport Shop and Jason is at Sportsmans Wherehouse. They have got a few part-timers that are pretty good, Jim Conway has always been friendly in the archery dept but is rarely there.

We could fix this problem and the problem of immigration at one time. DRILL THE MEXICAN GULF!! With all of that oil and all of that cheap labor we could get the prices down. I read that the US is giving Mexico all sorts of foreign aid but that we never mention it to them because we dont want to insult the machismo of the Mexican people. What a joke! Meanwhile we are taking it right up the chute!

I just spent this past weekend warming up by chasing mulies in Utah, saw some decent ones but never got a shot, my buddy shot a small forky opening day.

I agree with AG, I have picked up a few used rifles so cheap that the person who gave them up had to have been shackeled and bent over a chair. As far as a good gun shop I would say Dons Sport Shop in Scottsdale

Does anyone think Amanda will go for this?

hey desertbull, thanks to your suggestion I can now "put an end to unwanted panty-lines" THANKS -
Those polls are completely worthless. They take a poll of foreign-born Hispanics and dont mention how many are legal/illegal. Of course any illegal who is asked is going to say they should be allowed to get a drivers license! I believe the media purposefully omits details like that in their stories to accomplish their own objectives.

So, you think you're tough???

I dont know if I admire that guy more for surviving the fall and the crawl or surviving 12 KIDS! -
Just bought a Panasonic at WallyWorld for about $350 for that exact resson. Wife is so excited! I am such a thoughtful husband! Camera has a 20X optical zoom and other features that make it great for scouting, (and catching those childlike moments that only happen once and would otherwise be forgotten ) I think the biggest feature you will want to find is the optical zoom, (not digital zoom). After that the more money you spend the more clarity you will get in your picture. There is a great Canon for about $2500 that will blow your mind it is so clear at full zoom, even in low light conditions, just depends on your budget.

I am a plumbing contractor, new construction, mostly custom homes. Anywhere from 1200 sq ft to 8000 sq ft. homes, anyone building a new home wants a bid (maybe just to check on the plumbing bid you already got) or any generals looking for a new plumber, grizzlyplumbing@yahoo.com.

I'll be taking out my new (used) Weatherby Mark V in 300 win mag, stainless/synthetic with fluted barrell and muzzle break that I just picked up at Dons Sport Shop! (Thank you to whoever traded in or sold this gun) that I topped with a Nikon Monarch 5.5-16X scope. Cant wait to sight it in this weekend, hope the weather is clear. -
That is great! I watched it three times then got my kids with it, guess they'll be wanting to sleep in my bed tonight

Look at the size of this cat!

I just hope the big guy doesnt pull a Monticor one day and decide to "save" somebody. That thing could wipe out a small village. That brings up an interesting point though about why two certain "friendly" Germans havent shared their love with a liger. -

Tigons are totally stupid and reek like poo! -
Go ahead and say it, everyone wants CHD kicked off the sight. The dude is a pain in the a$$ but isnt really breaking any rules. I would settle for the ability to block all of his bragging little tirades that must compensate for his lack of love as a child or his lack of something else. I have seen this feature on other boards and await its availability on this one.

I agree, anyone who can kill 50 badgers with a frickin 12 guage is definitely worthy of emulation, GOSH!!

Try the golf course in Gold Canyon. I have seen several deer back in there. I do alot of work in GC and residents there tell me that bucks are found browsing on the greens in the mornings from time to time. I carried my bow with me this last January but never found one during archery season.

Water Trix in Mesa, They are on Country Club and Main. They rent for $100 a day. They dont rent 4X4 quads though. I would check Cycle Trader, I bought on older Honda Fourtrax 4X4 for under $2000. Its a 94 but its a Honda and runs like a champ.

Saw this survey in American Hunter, If you could have a dream hunt with any celebrity who would it be? Ted Nugent was the most popular. Some of the others I remember reading were Chuck Adams, Tom Selleck, I think Michael Waltrip was on there too. Just curious who some of you would pick.
-
Is he as good as Dave Chappell? Cause I would definitely go see that!

Hey Bass I saw that story on the PAX network a few years ago. They used to have a show called Miracles, or something to that extent. I seemed to remember that it was in Idaho or Utah, but they found the prints in the snow where the boy had slept and it showed an elk body wrapped around his. It kept him warm through the night and then left. Kinda makes you think twice about shootin one cause it may be the one!?! Or maybe its just one of them urban legends.

I heard a news blurb today that they had caught an alligator on the Az Strip who had been living there over 20 years. They said he was taken to a wildlife sanctuary somewhere. I dont know if anyone else heard of this, maybe someone could link to the story somewhere. It made me wonder how he got there and if deer made up a significant portion of his diet, maybe he helped keep those lions in check.

grizzly replied to grizzly's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
The story on azcentral.com said they did finally catch the alligator. Over 9 feet long, wow.
