Of all the unconventional makes ( besides Beretta, Benelli, Franchi etc...) consider the Turkish rifles. Better quality for the money. AHB

Hello to all: Beretta Tomcat 3032, has a 2 3/8" barrel and is chambered for .32 cal ACP. The bore is excellent, clean and bright. The bluing is lightly worn but there are no scratches or dings. The pistol was barely used; perhaps a total of 100 rounds shot. I am the only owner and the pistol will ship as is, in its original factory box, with one 7 round capacity magazine. AZ residents local pick up OK with an absolute presentation of Govt. issued ID + CCW preferred. Out of State of AZ will ship to FFL who accepts seller's driver's license as ID. Excellent side arm for hunting season. For left hand shooters: 2 custom made holsters available. One brown and one black. Sun Devil, may I ask you; is it because you are impressed by the number 3500 fps. that you feel you should use it or do you have a specific need for it? Because, 3500 fps will mean nothing in a 7mm Rem. Mag if you don't have the barrel for it. Cheers, Ben

You have the same hunt I do. If you are completely alone, with no drinking and no loud music you're welcome to join me. I hunt 36B by choice and I always camped by myself and had no issues. The BP has beefed up operations and the result is obvious. A sidearm, though, is a MUST! Beautiful unit to hunt in! Ben

If it helps, here is something I posted in the past: Here we go: -In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful units to hunt in. -This said, ALWAYS carry a side weapon as there might be characters particular to 36B who would like to spoil the peace. -Start getting in shape; unit 36B is rough and better hunting is within the canyons. -Come mid September start scouting. -Come into the unit from different parts; west through Ruby Rd. off 19., or go east from Arivaca, travel west through Peck Canyon etc..etc..You'll need a 4x4 for better canyons. -You can take a day trip for scouting or stay overnight, especially during the cool evenings of October, before the hunt. -800 tags never fill up and it is rare that you run into another hunter in a given area except in camping grounds. -I, by choice, hunt in 36B and I always make arrangements to be comfortable...IN EVERY WAY!
