Hunting on a Clean vs Fouled Bore (continued)
Coach replied to rossislider's topic in Long Range Shooting
No doubt, hunt with it the way it last shot in practice. On a side note, the guy in that video is on heck of a shot. -
Spot on - all the above. The brass gets longer each time it is resized, so trimming is essential.

It's in Mexico by now, I bet. My F250 crew was stolen twice. Once from the Sea World parking lot - ended up in Tiguana when they ran out of gas. The second time was a water park in Ahwatukee. When the cops found it the guy took them for a roller-coaster chase through the desert with no air filter. Totally destroyed the powerstroke - and the body, and the interior. Best luck finding it, but in all honesty, it might be better from an insurance perspective if it isn't found.

What a stellar buck! Great job to Tessa and to you and Mark getting her into position. Great write up.

Yikes, what a rough way to go.

Nice job! Huge congrats to Thomas! Looks like a nice setup he shot her with too! Gotta love youth hunters. My youngest, Josh got his first on Friday morning in unit 1 at first light. Pix will come in a different thread.

Not trying to derail this, lots of great ideas out there. Anyone here ever eat the brains? I think it was duck dynasty where they talked about eating squirrel brains. I think that episode showed them serving them whole. Now I'm from Oklahoma, and we ate our share of squirrel, but I've never seen anyone dump 'em in a pot like "stew" or just plain whole - head on fried like a shrimp. Quartered and battered in some buttermilk-egg wash, flour salt and pepper seared over olive oil is IMO the best way to cook 'em. Lo-cal method, I agree some onions, garlic, basil and tomato - the bomb.

Cool mention of my middle son, Nick in the AZ Republic. Scroll to #10 Big Stage. Proud poppa http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/high-school/2015/09/30/high-school-football-first-and-10-week-6-october-fest/73060412/

Sacrilege! lol, just kidding. I grew up on fried squirrel, rabbit and duck. One thing you might try is quartering them up, season with lemon pepper and bake until tender.

Payson won a well-earned victory last night, huge congrats to those boys. They played their hearts out.

wow!!! That is freaking awesome. Huge congrats on some super bulls.

Man, that bull is a BEAST! One of the coolest looking bulls I've seen in a long time. Great job, and huge congrats!

Happy Birthday Chef! I hope it was a great day!

I recorded both games and, frankly, there isn't enough beer in the world to make either of them watchable.

Man - what an awesome buck! Huge congrats to your friend. I hope we get to hear the story, and I'd love to see the mount when it's finished. Thanks for sharing. Oh, by the way, where do I find that 200" 4x? Just kidding.
-
Very cool of you to try to get it back to the person who lost it.

Man, what an awesome goat, but I have to say, that one toward the bottom of the post is a BEAST. I'd love to get a crack at a goat like that one day. 17 points and counting, lol.
