Starting eSports? Got one in December for my kids after about 3 miserable weeks of trying(kinda like sitting in a blind waiting for a bison to come in!). Had to install twitter on my phone and follow about 3-4 people who would notify when a "drop" occurred. It sucked! But got one from walmart.com and promptly deleted twitter. I can send you the names if you want. Thought they would be easier to get by now.

I apply for multiple states and I can't think of a system worse than ours. It's just plain crappy. When I log in for my 12 year old(with his birthday), why doesn't the system recognize that he probably doesn't have (a) any children, and (b) any outstanding child support. I hope I would know if he did! Drop the Social Security question for every application for minors. Combine apps(add to cart) so don't have to enter resident status, type, and length several times, along with running the credit card 8 different times for my family of 4. Please go back to the contractor that handles Nevada.

It was a little tricky for me because my temporary password ended in a period(.) I thought it was the end of the sentence but was actually part of the password.

I think it's safe to say that without the game cameras, more big bucks and bulls are gonna slip through the cracks every year. Will it make for better hunting and bigger overall animals in 10 years?

Thank you! I think the MuleyCrazy guide in Kanab who runs 400 cameras on the strip can afford it. The Mossback bison guide with 80+ cameras over salt can afford it. I don't think the $300 guide license even plays into their decision making. Is the problem the guy with a couple cameras or the guy with hundreds on every water source in a unit? From a fair chase perspective...

What is Game and Fish trying to do here? Are they concerned about fair chase? Trying to assuage public pressure? I am curious what is the motivating factor for banning cameras. I think I said it last time this came up, but why doesn't AZGFD take this opportunity to sell Game Camera Permits, just like OHV permits. $40-$50 a permit per camera each year. There must be at least 10,000-50,000 game cameras that operate in AZ on a yearly basis. That would bring in a cool $500,000-$2,500,000+. That's a lot of water hauled, fences fixed, new trucks, employee salaries, etc----every year. The strip guides that run 300+ cameras each can afford the extra fee, or cut back until they can. The average guy with 4-5 cameras can choose to pony up a couple hundred bucks a year, or forego them. I don't think enforcement would be that difficult as the wardens visit the water holes fairly frequently already. Did they ban OHV's when there was tons of illegal off-roading/wildcat roads being made, or preventable accidents? No, they sold a stamp for education and enforcement. Are cameras really a problem? It appears they might some benefit with regards to catching poachers, like that assclown in Heber. Also, it feels like once an AZGFD employee figures out a way to make his or her "mark" on the department, they will try over and over again regardless of the consequences or reality.

Trying to clear some stuff out. Feel free to make contact/offer via PM. Thanks for looking. Located in Flagstaff. Still have the Weatherby! Thought it would be the 1st to go! Weatherby Vanguard 308. $350. $325 $300! Bought new last year and shot about 20-30 times by the wife. She accidentally scratched the barrel, otherwise basically brand new. Good shooting gun.

SOLD- thanks for your interest

The addition of the large brown trout was making Lees Ferry fun again. Haven't caught fish that size in 30+ years! No way they are gonna be able to tell that the brown trout weren't caught at Kinnikinick.

Last time I had a camera on that tank I got more people than elk! Including the local baptist preacher who tried to steal it! Miss that area.

What requirements to be considered a HAM pistol?
WhtMtnHunter posted a topic in Handgun Hunting for Coues Deer
Does game and fish have any written parameters as to what they consider a handgun for the HAM hunts? I have a 14" TC Contender which I am sure is fine but what about the AR platforms with 10.5" barrels that are advertised as "pistol length"? Have to remove the butt stock? I don't see anything in the regs that addresses what exactly is a pistol/handgun. -
It requires an Order Number to change credit card number. What email do you use? gmail? yahoo? search "AZGFD 2020" Why would you delete the receipt email??????

Restrictions on hunting over water and trail camera use.
WhtMtnHunter replied to azhunter23's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Coincidence his mailing address is literally next door to AZGFD office in Flagstaff? Anyone have meeting notes from last year's conference when AZGFD was considering banning cameras? I smell a rat. -

For the HAM elk hunts it might be nice to have a semi auto AR "pistol" in 308 or something similar. However I don't want to be the one to test the limits with the unit 3B warden! I guess I would need to negotiate that before the hunt. -

Weatherby stocking stuffer?

If you can hike a little and want to try spot/stalk, there are tons of deer on/around the appropriately named Deer Hill Trail between Elden horse camp and the 545 road. Easy hike. The 556 road is closed before you reach the horse camp on the south end, but can get around it with a 4x4. Otherwise come in from the north side. https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/coconino/recarea/?recid=75166
