This scope came off a rifle I recently purchased from a CWT member. I mounted a different scope on that rifle, so I need to find a new home for this one. The Bushnell Engage scope appears to be near new in terms of condition. The glass is pristine. It comes with an MOA reticle and turrets. I don't know a lot about these scopes, but they seem to be a good bang for the buck for the budget-minded shooting looking to get into some long range shooting. Comes with original box and all paperwork. I did some research and the best price I could find on line for a new one was $430 plus shipping and/or taxes. Price is $325 OBO. Reply below, text or call: 602-361-7101. An "I'll take it" in this thread trumps any PM's or text messages. Not looking for trades at this time. Located in the N Phx area near Tatum & 56th Street.

I have a brand new Spot Hogg Keeton release. Shoulder injury forces me to sell my archery gear. I bought this release just prior to my injury, so it never got used. The third picture shows the pristine strap with no crease or hole enlargement from buckle usage. This is a fantastic release, but I have no use for it now. This release sells for $129 + tax or shipping. Asking price: $100.

I don't see any twist rate stamped on the barrel. I used my bore scope to follow a single land for one full revolution and the distance cme out to be... wait for it.... 11". I repeated this exercise four times - and each time it came out to be 11". I know Tikka made both 10" & 12" twist, so you be the judge.

I had to lookup the difference. This rifle appears to be a T3X. The stock has a torx screw head in the bottom of the pistol grip and another in the center of the forearm.. IMG_1017.MOV

In his original post, Scotty27 asked to be pointed in a general direction. He didn't ask anyone to reveal their 'honey hole' or 'secret place'. My grandpa taught me to hunt and a few things have stuck with me. He said (paraphrase) hunting is not about antlers or horns. It's about creating memories and building relationships. He must have been right, because the relationship he built with me has lasted through the years. He passed 48 years ago - and those memories of him still bring a smile to my face. For most of us, this website has provided us with a platform to discuss our passion and learn to become better hunters. But the real benefit, at least for me, has been the number of great men and women I have met here (yes Amanda, this includes you). At this point, many have become my friends. I do not have a clue, nor do I care, what their religious beliefs are. These are amazing people that I would never have met had it not been for coueswhitetail.com My life is richer. For me, the big takeaway from Scotty27's post was that this young man was excited about going hunting with his dad. That told me all I needed to know about him. Some people collect antlers. Other people collect friends. Welcome aboard Scotty27. I hope you stick around. There are lots of great people on here. Just give it some time and they will rise to the surface.

If I knew unit 33 at all, I would be happy to share that info with you. I suspect Coues deer can be found throughout the unit. But I have found they are usually located in pockets. Use google earth as a starting point to locate the water - the more remote, the better. Check these water holes for prints to confirm they are there in sufficient numbers. Now you have a place to start. They seem to like the ocotillo patches for some reason. in the morning, they will be bedded on the northwest side of mountains in the shade. Mid to late after noon, they often switch to the northeast side, depending on the terrain. Best of luck and welcome home.

SOLD - Mathews Monster Chill-R Bow Set UP
azsugarbear replied to azsugarbear's topic in Classified Ads
Bow has been sold -
The back story: I bought this as a bare bow back in 2018 as my new build. Injured shoulder two days after bow arrived. Bow sat in case for 2.5 years as I worked through pain, therapy, etc. Cleared to go back to shooting six months ago. Added my equipment and then took it down to Corner Archery where new cables, strings were added along with a complete tune. I shot approx. 40 arrows through this new set up before re-injuring my shoulder six months ago. After x-rays, MRI, physical therapy and a second opinion - doctor has told me I am through pulling a bow string back. Sometimes life just sucks. Price is $675. Included with the sale: 1) Mathews Monster Chill-R right hand bow in Lost Camo. Draw Length: 28.5" (changed out 27" module) with 80% let-off. Axel to Axel: 33". Brace Height: 6.25". Weight: 4 lbs (bare bow). Draw Weight: 60-70 pounds. IBO rating: 342 fps. 2) Rest: Mathews QAD fall-away (original to bow) 3) Quiver: TightSpot 5 arrow quiver with quick release. Brand new - never held any arrows. 4) Stabilizer: Apache 5" 5) Arrows: Five VAP Gamer .116" micro carbon practice arrows. One fletching has small tear, otherwise very good condition. See below for more specs. 6) Other: Simms Limb Saver Dampeners and Braided camo wrist band, 7) Plano hard case. NOT INCLUDED IN SALE (but can be bought by buyer under separate agreement): 1) Garmin XERO A1i laser rangefinder sight. This unit is new. It has been mounted on bow, but never calibrated or used for shooting. 2) Six new VAP Victory Gamer .166 micro carbon arrows with outserts to accommodate the standard 5/16" broadheads/points.. These were saved to be used as my hunting arrows for the above set-up. The arrows measure 30.5" in length and weigh 412 grains (including 125 gr. point). Substantial FOC. The arrows have Blazer vanes and have 350 spine. 3) Keeton Spot Hogg release.

I was in Bass Pro earlier today and saw two boxes of 30 caliber Hornady ELD-X 200 grain bullets. I don't really need them right now as my 300 WSM build is not even off the ground yet. With tax, I am into them at $57 per 100 count box. If somebody needs them, they are yours. If not, I will eventually use them. Item number is 3076. Price is $57/box (100 count). First "I'll take it" posted in this thread trumps any and all PM's or texts. Pick up near North 101 Loop & 56th Street. No trade needs at this time. Still available. Magpro powder burn rate is near the same as H 7828 or RL26. It is just a tad faster than H1000. Great substitute for all three of these powders.
