$1000 is more than enough to get you a solid rifle to shoot that far! An easy route would be to find a tikka, or keep your eye out for a used semi-custom. Feel free to contact me if you would like some help/direction.

Well I wanted to have something that I could reach out there and touch something with....with this rig, I can do that with just the barrel It is a 300 Lapua built by Greg Tannel. Basically it is the biggest round that I could shoot suppressed.
