I too thought the CWD report was interesting. Then I read that no mandatory reporting for achery deer was coming too. WTF! There will continue to be a dwindling, "ever so thin shred of trust" and the constant questioning if AZGF is really looking out for the best interest of the states resources when it comes to game management.

I tagged out on this bull opening day, double lung shot that only went 30 yards. 1st bull and a great 4x5 with a broken point. Couldn't be happier with this trophy. Special thanks to my mentors on this hunt.

I am for less tags (would even pay more), some antler restriction and mandatory reporting for all. I heard nothing but crowded hunting areas and low buck numbers from friends this year. Even the Kiabab was a disappointment.

You can buy an annual subscription to Phi (air medical service) for $100. I think it covers you and dependents. The subscription covers all the helicopter/airplane costs. They are also multistate. Research it.
