I spent a couple of years guiding out of Noxon MT. The Trout Creek bar has gotten a few of my dollars (closest place to Noxon that has more then 200 people besides Sand Point or Kalispell). I love it up there! they have some awesome fishing in the Resevoir. I might be headed back up there to guide again this year.

The BD adjustable track bar is the way to go! i know at least ten guys with second gen cummins that had "death wobble" and the bd fixed the problem for all of them. I need to do the same in the near future. Make sure your ball joints are good before you put the track bar on. if they aren't replace them cause they can cause alot of the trouble.

I believe Jake has talked with the Tournament Director and that might be happening. It would be great to get some more people out there to shoot some carp!

I have one and it is great! i don't even notice the weight in my pack vs. my old tripod. I set it up with a Manfrotto 501 HDV with the CLAW on top and it hold my 12 pound rifle dead solid!

I tried shooting the rage through the mesh on my double bull and was not happy with the results the blade came open and i completely missed my target. As far as openning in flight you might want to put a rubber band(the kind for braces) around them cause i have had one open when i shot at a pig and it made my arrow fly crazy but still hit the pig (not where i was aiming at all)luckily my friend saw it run off and he finished it with his pistol before it got to far.

I shot a deer and three pigs with shuttle t's! Never gotten an elk tag but when i do i will be using them! My pigs didn't go farther then 30 yard and my deer only went 50 yards and piled up! I have seen at least 15 bulls killed with them and 2 of them dropped in their tracks! They fly great and are the toughest broadhead i have ever shot!

All of the bucks I saw were in velvet all the way to mid september, but there is always a chance to catch one that rubs it off early.

Roosevelt Predator Calling
jwdodge01 replied to AjqAzhunter's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
get to the backside of the lake and get set up on your first stand at first light. start the call out somewhat soft and gradually turn it up. Try using coyote vocalizations to start things off (try and get em howling) cause it is mating season for them, then if no answers wait 3-5 minutes and change to distress. Good luck the yotes are hunted pretty hard around there but a friend of mine managed to call in a lion a few years ago so make sure you have a pistol! -
sweet man we need to get out!

Those blood runners are wicked! they are great for deer and hog but i would really like to test them on an elk or bear to really put them to the test! Go on the NAP website they have a video of them shooting hogs! I will test them on a bear and let you know the results if i get the chance in august! I shoot the Shutle T locks and love them! They fly like field tips as far as I want to shoot! IMO they are the best broadheads. I shot a muley with them, made a good heart shot and hit the off side shoulder. with the kinnetic energy my arrows have coming from my bow it shattered the shoulder blade! Needless to say he only went 40-50 yards. I tried rages but i had a blade deploy early while shooting at a pig. It flew wildly and ended up hitting the pig but way back! luckily i recovered the pig and the only reason i did was cause i had two friends who saw where it ran after it got out of my sight! I am with everyone on the shot placement! Any broadhead will work with a well placed shot. it all boils down to your preference as far as mechanical or fixed blade!

Mountain lion in a cage trap!

The trapper is lucky neither one turned on him and ripped him up! -
Great binos and cannot beat them for the price

Try looking at new england arms they have many youth modles to choose from i started with one in .243 when i was ten and then got one in .308 not to long after. they are very accurate and the recoil is very light. They are single shots and i have always thought that is the way to go for kids. Another thing is you can buy different barrels for the same action from 22 on up as well as shot gun and muzzle loader barrels. They used to be $200 or so for the rifles but haven't priced one lately
