After a week of anticipation and sleepless nights from being excited for my Vortex order to show up, it finally came in and it was downhill from there. I ordered a pair of 15x56 Kaibab’s and a Razor HD spotting scope with the digital camera adapter. At six o’clock tonite UPS finally showed up, all day I have been pacing around like an anxious little kid on Christmas eve only to be disappointed. I opened the spotting scope and out of the box there was a chip in the eye piece glass. Oh well I guess it happens. I guess I will be able exercise the awesome warranty that comes with them right out of the box. I was planning on breaking the scope in this weekend on a pig hunt, that’s what really upsets me about this whole ordeal. I sure hope the Vortex optics hold to their name in the field. Has this happened to anyone else? Who is using the Kaibab’s or the Razor and how are they working out for you? Have you had any Issues with them?
