Tranny guy needed (no not that kind sickos) UPDATE
QCwtAddict replied to tomkat12's topic in Classified Ads
Was quoted a price at another shop that was highly recommended but the warranty company required me to take it elsewhere because of some certification. The extended warranty would only cover up to 2000 and the final price ended up being almost twice the price quoted from the first shop. When I picked it up I immediately told the owner it wasn't shifting right but he assured me it felt different because of they used a heavier duty torque converter. After I think a week or two I took it back for a required check up and the lead tech said something was definitely wrong with how it was shifting, the strong vibration at lower rpm in the top 3 gears and said they had found some metal shavings in the pan so it was gonna need to be rebuilt again. The owner was on vacation but when he got back the following week he called me irate saying I needed to come pick up my truck, that the lead tech doesn't know what he's talking about and that he was the only one there that knows about those transmissions. Roughly 60,000 miles later the transmission still hasn't failed me but still makes a continuous grinding sound everytime it downshifts into third gear until you come to a stop and still has the strong vibration. He also refused to take payment from the warranty company but didn't bother telling me until the truck was ready to be picked up. So I had to front the money and wait to be reimbursed from the warranty company. -

Fred gets recommended more than anybody on the Arizona Cummins page on Facebook. Never done any business with him but that's the person I'll call if I have trouble again. Also I'll be a second person to advise avoiding tri-city transmission. Absolutely horrible experience with them. -

Saw this comment from Tonto on their Facebook page. "Yesterday the Team introduced low intensity fire to minimize the effects to the Reavis Ranch area, including the Apple Orchard. As of last night, there was a surface fire backing through the area as observed from the air. There has not been an assessment of the area on-the-ground." Hopefully their efforts worked to prevent the fire from devastating the area.

+1 for kifarucast very entertaining and informational Jay Scott has a lot of good info but can be painful to listen to Some of the older gritty bowman podcasts are good but I can't really listen to the newer ones Elk talk has some good info if you can handle randy newberg The chase podcast has some good episodes and they're based out of Arizona but they don't post new episodes very often The hunt backcountry podcast has some real good episodes

I saw it on ABC 15's Facebook page the other day -
Jim commented on bens Instagram video saying that it's so cool to have a video of one. Sounds like he was pretty convinced

Supposedly the only way to tell short of a DNA test is by the location and size of the metatarsal glands. As far as legality you go by the tail if it has a whitetail tail you better have a whitetail tag.

And if they outlaw selling the scouting packages and people give the information out on forums such as this for no profit you will have no problem with it? -

That particular site has been selling those scouting packages for a while. I doubt this was the first year they sold the information for that area. I understand that your honey hole all of a sudden got overrun and I know that sucks but trying to place the blame on that one site is ridiculous. -

Dude it's pretty obvious that he wasn't threatening you'r life. Chill out. Sure seems like you spend your time just looking for something to get worked up about. Now back to the original topic. You do realize that outfitters also sell scouting packages as well right? Its not like desert bull is single handedly ruining your hunting spots. -
If you include the Hopi tags it would probably come out to a number ending in 0 or 5

If you Google search "azgfd conserve and protect campaign" you will see an azgfd conserve and protect awareness video from early 2017
-
I think the azgfd already had a "conserve and protect" campaign before the group was established

I was worried about that. It said they come with a 90 day warranty so hopefully if they do crap out it's within that 90 days
